It's located in one of the safest and most walkable neighborhoods in downtown Salt Lake City, and is close to restaurants, shops, cafes, and parks. The two bedrooms each have a luxurious memory gel bed and there is a deluxe foldout sofa bed in the living room. There are two full bathrooms and its own in-unit laundry room.
The Space:
Discover your home away from home at this cozy two-bedroom downtown retreat. Located in a thriving part of town in a charming and safe neighborhood, this rental offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Inside, you'll find a warm, open-plan living area and plenty of space. Amenities include plush king and queen beds to ensure a great night's rest, along with a deluxe queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There are two full-sized bathrooms with shower/tub combos. Enjoy the convenience of your own full-sized washer and dryer as well as a fully-stocked kitchen that includes everything you need to cook full meals.
Among the many unique amenities is a large theater room with plush seating, a huge screen and surround sound. You'll also have access to a state-of-the-art fitness center with free weights, cable machines, and various cardio machines. An internet lounge is located on the second floor with plenty of room to set up your mobile office. The oversized roof-top hot tub has breathtaking views of the city and the Rocky Mountains. Or just stay in and enjoy the private balcony located off of your living room.

Guest Access:
We'll send out detailed check-in instructions a few days before your arrival. To access your condo unit, you'll need an electronic key fob to enter the building and a key to enter your unit. There is a lock-box bolted onto the wall outside of the building, and we'll give you detailed instructions on how to find that lockbox, as well as a code to get into it where you'll find the fob and the key. Super simple!
Check-in time is 4 pm, but we can usually get you in earlier than that if no other guests are in the condo right before you and if you coordinate with us ahead of time. When this site says that your check-in time is "flexible", they mean that we can work with you if you request an early check-in; it doesn't mean that you can check in whenever you want and we don't guarantee early check-ins. So please plan on getting our approval for your check-in time. Please request high chairs, pack-n-play cribs, blow-up beds, and strollers prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
This is located in an extremely walkable area of town with lots of restaurants and shopping experiences within a few minutes of the door.
Getting Around:
There is a light rail stop as well as several bus stops within a block of the condo.

WE HAVE NO HIDDEN FEES. Our only fees are clearly listed in several places on this listing: There is a a one-time cleaning fee which is clearly listed by this site. Dogs are welcome, NO CATS ALLOWED, any other type of animal needs to be approved ahead of time. Conventions rates & holidays will override the standard rates shown, even if the convention dates change. Some convention dates are not input yet, and will apply regardless of reservations and inquiries made.
Rates fluctuate automatically according to a computer-driven algorithm based on supply & demand. But don't worry, your rates will be locked in at the time you pay for your reservation, so if they go up or down, we will not charge you the difference or give you a refund. So no worries - we'll honor your original rates :-)
We can provide one travel crib (pack n' play), one baby high-chair, one self-inflating deluxe twin bed kit, and one baby stroller free of charge on request. Additional cribs, high-chairs, or beds can be provided, but each may incur an additional cost. Last-minute requests are not guaranteed.
This is a full-time vacation rental - it is not cluttered with an owner's personal items since nobody lives here.
