From the moment you walk through the door you will realize you found a special place! This well cared for and cozy beach cottage is a place to enjoy stress free time with family and friends.
You'll be on the beach block of Rodney Ave. with an easy walk to the sand and nearby bay.
Located on the top right corner of the building, this condo has 1 floor living with 2 bedrooms, sleeper sofa, well equipped kitchen, living room with comfortable furniture, and enclosed front porch.
The AC wall unit in the LR keeps the home cool along with mini split cooling units in both bedrooms.
1 full bathroom with walk in shower and 2 additional outdoor community showers.
Spend a few days, weeks, no detail was spared in making you feel special in this exceptional home away from home!
This home is a private space for up to 6 people in a shared community of condos located on the beach block of Rodney Ave, in Dewey Beach and is an ideal spot for people who prefer not to cross the Coastal Hwy. on their walk to the beach.
Guests will have access to a lock box with keys for an independent check in.

Guests must be age 25 to rent
HOA rules prevent guests from bringing pets,
This home sleeps 6 people, there are 3 beds (king and 2 twins) and a double living room sleeper sofa.
