The town home was very clean, modernized furniture, and provided kayaks, life vests, etc. for our group. The AC went out the second day and Jodi had someone there within an hour to fix it!
The only odd thing was that the basement bedroom was the only way out to the back of the town home so anyone that stays in that room has a lot of traffic in/out. It looks like it may have been an extra den originally and remodeled into a bedroom with bath. Having the extra bed was necessary for our group of two families sharing the space, and since we are close, the in/out wasn't a big deal. People could always use the front door and walk around to the back if someone wanted more privacy in the room.
Jodi was very accommodating with any questions prior to the trip and definitely responsive with the AC issue and any other questions that we had during our stay.
There were a lot of steps to the docs, but we had kids to run up and down for necessities and allowed for us to get some exercise during our stay! The area was great for kids to swim, kayak and us to float as it isn't busy and not a lot of traffic. Also, there were some other residents/renters there, but the docks were not crowded and there wasn't a lot of noise. The area is super close to West Lake Center for any runs to the store needed.
We would definitely stay again! Great getaway! :)
