The Pirate’s Mermaid is located in East Beach Villas, a small townhouse community within walking distance to the beach. Unit 202 is all about the location! Guests love East Beach Villas because of the convenience to the beach, wonderful walking and biking opportunities. It is about a 5-minute stroll from Unit 202 to the beach located at the end of Olive Way.
THE SPACE
Bedrooms are located on the ground floor with the common living area upstairs.
Bedroom 1 - Queen, TV (sleeps 2)
Bathroom 1 - Ensuite, combination Tub/Shower
Bedroom 2 - Two single beds (sleeps 2)
Bathroom 2 – Hall Bathroom with combination Tub/Shower
Common Space - Sleeper Sofa (sleeps 2)
Located off the bedrooms is a fenced in area. Upstairs is an open living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, family room and a separate sitting room with a workspace.
There are 2 assigned parking spaces in front of the townhome.
You have a beach access at the end of Olive Way and an additional access to the expansive beach is also reached at the nearby Old Coast Guard Station public access point with parking.
We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.

Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
