¡Es una ubicación increíble! Lejos de la multitud de turistas, pero muy cerca de lugares muy populares: playas, hipódromo Del Mar, restaurantes, tiendas. Hermoso 2,802 Sq. Ft casa completamente renovada en un vecindario tranquilo y agradable. Patio trasero privado con área de césped, patio con muebles de patio muy cómodos, sombrillas, parrilla (carbón proporcionado) y una espectacular piscina. La casa está equipada con un ablandador de agua salada y agua potable filtrada instalada en el fregadero de la cocina. Hermosa cocina con una gran isla que es ideal para amigos y familiares. El televisor de pantalla grande en un soporte de pared giratorio se puede girar en cualquier dirección sin esfuerzo. Estilo de vida interior-exterior. ¡Disfruta el clima! Te sentirás muy cómodo en cualquiera de las cuatro habitaciones grandes con muebles y ropa de cama nuevos. El año pasado se instalaron nuevos A / C y Steam Shower. Está a solo 2 millas (10 min) de la playa y del centro de Encinitas. ¿Te interesa Del Mar Races? Mi casa es un lugar perfecto para este evento. A lovely stay in Encinitas

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in Encinitas. Great location, plenty of space and amazing amenities. And SO clean! Natalia was quick to get back to us when we had questions, which I really appreciated. Really enjoyed the pool, backyard, and the outdoor fireplace. The pool not being heated kind of limits the time of day you can comfortably use it, but that’s a minor issue when you consider everything this house has to offer. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic Experience

Our family was able to spend a week at this awesome property! It was an exceptional experience in all areas. The host was friendly and responsive. The bedrooms are really big. Having 3 full bathrooms was a plus! We spent the majority of our time in the kitchen and backyard and the beach! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make homemade meals. The boogie boards and beach chairs made the trip to the beach fun and easy. Would definitely recommend!

San Diego property

This house was perfect for our family of 7. Our grandkids enjoyed the pool, our daughter-in-law loved the kitchen, and we all appreciated the location - being close enough to all the things we wanted to see and do, but, in a very quiet neighborhood without any traffic or noisy neighbors. This house is very elegant with lots of interesting and fun details. Natalia is an extremely gracious host and easy to work with.

Beautiful well appointed home.

This home was so beautiful and modern and the pictures do not do it justice. Extremely spacious for our group of 6. No small detail was overlooked when stocking the home with any and every item to make our stay enjoyable. The pool and yard area were lovely and relaxing. Perfect setting for evening cocktails. We would definitely stay again.

Gorgeous home, excellent location

This home was absolutely stunning and perfect for my family. It was comfortable and clean and the master bathroom & it’s shower was to die for! Everything was perfect except the pool doesn’t have a heater and was freezing. We were really only able to play on the floaties provided, which is too bad because we were really looking forward to more pool time. Natalia, the home owner, was amazing to work with and always responded right away. We would book again in a heartbeat if the pool gets a heater!

Living in sheer luxury!!!

I’ve stayed in about 20 rental properties over the years and I have never been so impressed. This house is complete with all state of the art, high end amenities - we felt like we were staying in a designer’s showcase home. It was difficult to get out and explore because we were enjoying ourselves being in the house. I won’t go into detail because I think it’s described in the listing but I will mention here that the kitchen is like out of a magazine - the top of the line everything. Beautifully designed. And the master bathroom is out of a dream - spa like in every sense of the word. (So many lighting choices it would take an afternoon to go through all of them!). Four large luxurious bedrooms - beautifully and recently decorated. Gorgeous living room from which you can sit back and enjoy the views into the surrounding rooms. Lovely family room that opens up to the kitchen with sliders to the backyard and pool. The backyard is very private (and there are nice views from upstairs) because the home is located in on a hill with the houses behind being situated slightly downhill. We enjoyed the pool everyday and enjoyed sitting outside to have our coffee in the morning. High end backyard furniture. They have a Nest thermostat with a/c. Every possible amenity was anticipated and supplied - from towels to endless supply of kitchen dishes, utensils and cooking ware. The bottom line is we were very impressed with the house...it’s a destination in itself. And the owner, Natalia was so sweet and accommodating and really wanted us to be happy.

Amazing home!

Absolutely loved our stay, we had a blast! Very modern home and spacious with a salt water pool. We had a pool day with a private chef recommended by Natalia to make dinner! She was so accommodating and helpful. I will definitely be back!

The house was amazing. We were a big group & there was plenty of space. The pool was so lovely.

This house worked very well for us. We arrived a little early which Natalie accommodated and the place was clean as a whistle. We ended up eating all our meals outside and we cooked a lot. The master bathroom has a beautiful tub and shower it was like being in a spa! Natalie really was a good host, answering all our questions promptly. It was so nice to have use of the washer and dryer. There is a lot of room to spread out. All the kitchen appliances worked well and I liked the electronic door locks so you don't have to worry about keys! The beaches are a short drive away as well as grocery stores for supplies. Really it exceeded all our expectations. Thanks so much!

We stayed here in July 2018, it is a beautiful home in incredible condition. The rooms were large (master bath is to die for) and there was plenty of room for our family of 7. We used the kitchen a lot (which saved on our trip costs) because it had everything you could want to cook with. The pool is fun. Location is great, there are great restaurants (Try Alice's Italian Gourmet you wont regret), easy access to freeway, beaches and all of North County. The Homeowner was amazing, responsive and genuinely committed to ensuring we had a great vacation. We had high expectations for our rental, this house and experience exceeded those expectations by leaps and bounds.

Beautiful home

Our family vacation every year- this time we stayed at Natalia’s beautiful home equipped with all the high tech features like a steam shower with blue tooth music and fully stocked kitchen for us to enjoy our home cooked meals. Clean, roomy, and convenient

I stayed here with my family for a recent long weekend getaway, and we loved it! The house is incredibly spacious and clean. We were especially impressed with the well kept bathrooms. The kids loved playing in the backyard and using the pool toys in the pool. The location was super convenient too— close to Carlsbad and San Diego. Thanks so much!
