Guest access
The entire cabin is yours across three levels, including the private indoor pool, home theater, gaming room, hot tub, two fire pits, and all outdoor decks.

Guests also enjoy free access to Smith Creek Resort, a 3-4 minute walk from the cabin, featuring an infinity pool, lazy river, splash pad, outdoor movie theater, mini golf, and pickleball.

Resort hours (subject to change):
- Peak Season (through October 2026): Sun-Thu 10 AM - 8 PM, Fri-Sat 10 AM - 10 PM
- Holiday Season (November - December 2026): Weekends only, Fri-Sun 10 AM - 8 PM (water features open if temps above 60°F by Thursday)
- Winter Closure: January 1 - February 28, 2027 (pickleball and mini golf open year-round)
- Outdoor movie nights: Fridays and Saturdays starting at 7 PM

Other things to note
🏊 Private indoor pool is 3 ft deep. Children must be supervised at all times.

🌊 Smith Creek Resort access is weather dependent and subject to seasonal closures. See Guest Access for the full schedule.

🏗️ This is a newer development. Construction noise may occur during weekday daytime hours. It does not affect access to the cabin or amenities.

🎖️ Military, veteran, and first responder discount available. Contact host before booking.

🧴 Starter toiletries, paper products, and basic kitchen items provided. Bring extras for longer stays.

🐻 Bears are active in the Smokies year-round. Remove all food from vehicles each night and keep them locked. Use the bear-secured bins on the right side of the cabin for trash.

🌙 Quiet hours 11 PM to 7 AM.

🚬 No smoking within 20 ft of any entrance or window. $500 penalty plus cleaning costs for violations.
