This open concept home with incredible outdoor space, perfect for relaxing and entertaining.
Gelson's, Trader Joe's, Ralphs, Whole Foods are within a 2 mile radius.
The space
A full custom kitchen, clawfoot tub, spacious shower, central air, wide screen projector screen with built in "Apple TV" and BOSE surround sound speakers, laundry and even a Peloton. There's also two outdoor fire pits, a full outdoor dining and living room area, and a beautiful lemon tree that provides lemons all year round.
Guest access
Direct access at the front of the house. Private front area which includes your own fire pit and multiple outdoor seating areas.
Other things to note
Walking distance to excellent restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Great gyms, yoga studios, Griffith park (with plenty of hiking trails) a golf course as well as the Los Angeles river are all just a few blocks away.
