Clean comfortable rental

House was better than described. Everything was super clean. Beds were comfortable. Communication with owner was easy and she was so nice. Would definitely rent again.

Home is even better then we expected. Great communication with owner, answered all questions we had promptly and was very helpful. Home is beautiful, beds were very comfortable and everything was spotless- highly recommend this home

Winter Getaway!

We enjoyed our stay. The garage was not available to us and I would have liked to have known that before we got there. But the home is very beautiful, inviting and comfortable.

The property was clean, the owner was highly communicative. The house allowed us to attend our sons football game at southeastern and ride dirt bikes at bartow motocross track.

The interior or the house has been completely redone and is quite lovely. It would have been helpful if there was a book of instructions for appliances and locations of items. Along with brochures/information about local activities and CORRECT WIFI codes.

Beautifully remodeled home, Attentive owner

Me, my mom, aunt and daughter all stayed in Carol's newly remodeled home just north of I-4 in Lakeland. We arrived very late (1:30am) and Carol left the porch light on for us along with the code to get into the home. We were here for a funeral (sad) but Carol made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The kitchen, dining area and living area are all spacious and up to date. The beds were all comfortable. There were ceiling fans in all rooms. If we are back in this area, we will definitely call Carol to see if her home is available!

Made things easier

I came in town to make arrangements and lay mom to rest. With all of the things on my mind, it was nice to find a home that could accommodate my family. Everything that I needed was right there in the home. It was clean and comfy, allowing my family and I to rest comfortably. Thank you.

The house was better than expected from the pictures.

Carol was unbelievably responsive to our calls for a number of little things that we needed clarified. We all, especially, had a big laugh when I called about why I couldn't find a way to get in the front door. She had told me there was entry device that I couldn't find on the door. Within seconds of my frantic call she helped me realize that I was wearing sunglasses and I wasn't able see the code panel - which was all black. The remaining calls were much less serious and she was always by her phone with answers. The house was all the we needed for or stay and the kitchen was remarkably furnished beyond expectations. Thank you, Carol, for a great vacation!

Clean & cozy updated home!

We booked last minute to evacuate the Carolinas due to pending hurricane damage. Carol was wonderful and accommodating...felt like family by the time we left! The house is beautifully updated, very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend if you are traveling to the area.

Very Nice Home Away From Home!

We rented this 3 bedroom home, in lieu of renting two hotel rooms while visiting our grandchildren. The home is essentially brand new, very clean and nicely decorated. Nice touches like bottled water in the fridge and toiletries in the bathrooms was very much appreciated. The owner was very responsive to any question or concern we had. We would absolutely consider renting this home again in the future and recommend others to do so as well.
