It was a very easy process to check in, they have luggage carriers as well as grocery buggies which honestly was the best thing I have ever seen be available to use. We had groceries and food delivered and it always helped having that to get to our room. The management went above and beyond to help me after check out. We left and I realized I left two Stanley cups in the room. I immediately called and she told me she went to collect bedding and check around as she always does and saw my cups and kept them to mail them home or hold for me to come get. She knew they would have been thrown away so I absolutely appreciate her going the extra mile for us. The condo was clean, amazing view, wonderful amenities and people.

This condo is beautiful and very spacious and in a gated area which was a plus. Plenty of parking too. The only reason I have it a 4 star rating on some things is that the beach access isn't very easy if you are a little older or have knee problems. We ended up driving to a really nice beach access with bathrooms and grills about 1/2 mile away instead of walking up the steep path that goes over the dunes across the street.

Great location, Unit could use some love

The location of this rental is amazing and the property management was fairly easy to work with, but the unit itself was dirty and lacked basic maintenance. It took us several days, calls and visits to get someone to come fix the sliding glass door in the second bedroom (a children’s bedroom, so this was a safety concern). There was trash and clothing left in dressers and cabinets and the dryer not only didn’t heat up but didn’t stop spinning when the door was opened (another safety concern with children).As far as the cleanliness of the unit went, we were really disappointed. It smelled bad for the duration of our stay, walls and cushions were stained and one of the pillows in the second bedroom was beyond disgusting along with mold on the second bathroom shower curtain. The property manager was responsive, but after a certain point we felt that we shouldn’t be wasting our valuable vacation time consistently trying to resolve issues. We stay in Pensacola Beach frequently and are familiar with older units, but were overall really disappointed with our experience.

Granddaughter’s Graduation

We came to the area to attend my grand daughter’s high school graduation. The location in Ft Pickens, the large space to unwind and relax, the balcony with views of the bay were all well worth the stay. Thank you so much. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

Nice property, well appointed. 2 bedrooms- 1 king, 2 twins. 2 full baths. Huge balcony. Loved the security of building and parking.

We loved this condo and would definitely stay again.

Love the sliding glass doors and the cross breeze that we had. Beautiful views of the bay with slight views of the Gulf in the distance. One of my favorite parts was the sunset.

Loved the location. Not right next to the craziness of Casino Beach but within walking distance of Peg Leg Pete's and Tom Thumb. Quiet and polite neighbors at the condo too. Condo decor was super cute and easy walk to the beach for not being in a location directly on the Gulf side.

The condo was exactly as the listing said. Thanks to Sam the check in was so easy. We had to use maintenance once for a minor issue Calvin was there within minutes and had it fixed. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great Fall Break

We loved our week here. The location was close enough to a beach access to be able to walk to the beach. The bay behind the condo was gorgeous. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed.

Perfect quiet getaway

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was roomy and comfy and a perfect location to go to the bay or the beach or the pool. The wraparound balcony was also a plus and the beautiful sunset each evening through the west-facing sliding glass door.

Relaxing getaway on Pensacola Beach

We stayed for 3 nights and this condo was very nice. Directions were easy for check-in. Property manager came and introduced herself and was very friendly and asked if everything was ok with the room. The room was spacious and when you walked in you can smell the clean smell of the room. The balcony was incredible. It was huge. We were able to go right in the backyard of the condo and watch the fireworks and even saw fireworks from our balcony as well. Very short walk across the street to the beach. The pool was very nice. Its so quiet on this side of Pensacola, it was relaxing and we just enjoyed our stay so much!

The unit was spacious and nicely decorated. We had everything we needed! The pool was also very clean and had plenty of chairs and loungers. Sam met us a check in and was so kind and caring. We will definitely be back!

Unexpectedly great
