2,424 sq. ft. single-family home with 3 bedrooms, a study (used as 4th bedroom), 3 baths, and a 3-car tandem garage, comfortably sleeps 9.
Located in an upscale, gated community, with resort-style amenities, including a heated pool, spa, gym, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, tot lot and more.
Community has direct access to the Legacy trail.
Designer kitchen overlooks a spacious gathering room, that leads out to a sunny, spacious, extended and screened lanai with water view.
Adjacent to the gathering room sits the dining room, ideal for both entertaining, and relaxing with loved ones.
Off of the gathering room, lies the tranquility of the enchanting master suite.
Master suite includes king sized bed, walk in shower, dual sinks, and a huge walk-in closet.
On the opposite side of the home are:
2nd bedroom suite with queen sized bed and bathroom with nice sized shower and sink,
3rd bedroom with queen over full bunk bed,
Study, being used as a bedroom, has a twin daybed with trundle and futon,
Hall bath, with tub.
This property features a Ring doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the outdoor front entry and an additional external security camera on the back of the house facing the back patio. They do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when motion is detected
