This air-conditioned apartment offers a comfortable and practical setting for both short and extended stays. Thoughtfully designed, it features a bright double bedroom and a separate twin room, making it ideal for couples, families, or small groups seeking a relaxing place to unwind. Each room is tastefully furnished to create a calm and pleasant atmosphere, ensuring a restful stay after a day of exploring the city.
The spacious living room serves as the heart of the apartment. It includes a cosy sofa bed for additional guests, along with a flat-screen TV for entertainment. Whether you’re enjoying a quiet morning indoors or relaxing in the evening, this inviting space is designed to make you feel right at home.
A private bathroom is available and equipped with all essential amenities for a comfortable visit. The apartment also features a dishwasher and a washing machine, offering convenience—especially for longer stays—and helping guests travel more lightly.
The well-equipped kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, and a range of basic appliances and utensils, providing the flexibility to prepare simple meals, enjoy your morning coffee, or gather for a relaxed dinner.

Parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on the rooftop, or at the entrance. Violation of this rule may affect the deposit and could lead to expulsion. A decibel monitor is installed inside the apartment. Always close the street door and ensure the hotel entrance door is locked when entering or leaving. Do not open the porter’s door for anyone who is not a guest. If the hotel key is lost, a replacement fee of €150 will apply. If assistance is required for this matter, an additional charge may be applied depending on the time.
Do not leave garbage bags in common areas or the building lobby. Trash must be placed in a sealed plastic bag and disposed of in the street containers located in front of the entrance between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm.
