Si le interesa una excursión de un día a la hermosa ciudad de Vancouver, Seawall también ofrece un servicio de avión de mar que lo tiene en Vancouver en 20 minutos. We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Nice harbor view from balcony, and close to restaurants and ferry. Would stay here again.

This is a wonderful property, with lots of amenities and a great location. From the kitchen to bedroom, we couldn’t really have asked for much more with the place. Our dog loved the very short walk down to the park along the ocean, as well as the balcony with the beautiful view. Brittany was a great host and looked after our stay very well.

For my wife and I visiting my daughter and son in law in Nanaimo, this was a perfect place for the two of us. Clean, well stocked kitchen, and right across from the yahct club and sea wall walkway. Close to downtown but a safe location. Communication with the host was easy and quick. The bedroom is upstairs so people with ambulation difficulties may have trouble. We certainly would stay here again.

Hands down the best stay we’ve had during all of our travels!Beautiful, modern, super clean, spacious, and very welcoming. Great ensuite bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the location is amazing, just steps to the waterfront path into downtown Nanaimo.Morning coffee watching birds, boats and seaplanes was a highlight! It’s close to the yacht club, a city park and a pleasant hiking path along the water front. The unit is adjacent to the owner’s dwelling who visited us when we checked in to answer questions and ensure we were comfortable. There is an apartment between the balcony and the water but the ocean can be seen on either side of the apt. Street parking was good. It is quiet and the kitchen is well equipped. Good location for accessing anywhere in Nanaimo and close to Departure Bay. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Had an amazing stay

Place was great! I loved the kitchen, it had tons of cooking options (pots, pans, slow cooker, etc.) and the place was so clean. It is in a great location to stores and the street is not very busy. We enjoyed sitting out back on the patio every night where you get a bit of a view of the water. Host was great, friendly, and quick to respond. Really glad we chose this place to stay for the week :)

Perfect location, great space, kind host

We really enjoyed our stay at Brittany's place! She lives right next door and introduced herself to make sure we were settled and comfortable, was helpful and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The place is clean and spacious, and very private. We never needed to drive anywhere downtown, the sea walk path is one block down the road from the house and made it easy to walk to town for food and coffee whenever. Loved the big soaker bathtub and the large kitchen! Thanks Brittany!

Exceeded all expectations.

Super clean and comfortable house. Very spacious and great patios for sitting. The on street parking worked well and the area is quiet and safe. Brittany welcomed us personally and answered any questions and was available via email within an hour. It was a pleasure to be able to rent such a wonderful house for our trip to the island. The location is perfect for exploring north and south. SW

Perfect home away from home

This home is very clean and offers everything you need in the kitchen. The bed upstairs is comfortable. Very relaxing soaker tub and beautiful shower. The location was good for quick access to the hwy to get us off on all of our beach and hiking adventures. We even hosted our local family members for lunch. Overall it was perfect. Brittany was very responsive and had everything ready for easy access. Thank you Brittany!

Breath Taking Views of Nanaimo's Harbour Front...are pretty strong words for the property's title. It's behind other residential properties, and yes, has some wonderful views...when viewed from particular angles. From the title, we were expecting more. It's still a really nice location, and a very nice, modern-looking property. We recommend it.

Location location location

Amazing VRBO to call home for 3 nights. The space is just as you see in the pics. Great to have the bedroom on second floor with double closets and an ensuite bathroom as well. Location was prime! We were able to access Nanaimo by foot in less then 15 min. Just a short and lovely walk along the seawall to get just about anywhere downtown for groceries, restaurants, coffee shops and shopping! Spacious, well equipped, great location, outstanding host

The unit exceeded our expectations. Well equipped kitchen with lots of cabinets and counter space. My wife cooked each night we were there. Lot of space overall. Full size washer and dryer. Large walk-in shower plus soaking tub. Lots of counter space in full bath. Also a separate half bath. Bedroom on 2nd floor so if stairs are an issue this isn't for you. However, Bedroom is good size. Lot of closet space and drawer space. Comfortable bed. Sleeper sofa in living room. We had no need to use so can't comment on comfort. Enjoyed the back deck with view of water and nice fresh air flow. Location is easy to get to from Departure Bay where ferry comes in and is close to downtown. Also easy access to Highway 19 and 19A. Parking on street in front. Best part is the host. Responsive, accessible, friendly and caring about guests. Answered our questions no matter how silly they might have been promptly. Highly recommend. Hope you enjoy staying there as much as we did.

If you want to be able to walk to downtown and along the seawall, this is a great place. Catching a Harbour Air flight to Vancouver is a 15 minute walk along the water.This is a solidly built house with a well equipped kitchen, so cooking is easy. It is on a busy street, but the living areas are at the back so the traffic noise is minimized. Bring your own shower toiletries because none are provided. There are lots of towels on hand, however. The bed is comfortable. We enjoyed our our one week stay.

Location, Location, Location

Lovely home…only two drawbacks, the heating-cooling system difficult to control and the glass coffee tables corners…

This unique one of a kind house is so perfect for travellers or commuters. We are so close to BC Ferries or Sea Planes and NRGH ( Nanaimo’s Hospital) for our travelling guests. Beautiful views and scenery, topped off with a new beautiful house!
