What a fantastic place to stay! My husband and I came to Nanaimo with our two young kids and were so pleased with our stay. It is cozy, inviting, clean and has all the essentials you need to make for a comfortable stay. Bonus points for having a laundry machine! Playgrounds were near by and there is beach access a short drive down the street. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the island!

2 adults and 2 teens spent 5 days at this lovely suite. Beautiful ocean views. Beds were comfortable, place was clean, spacious and a newer build. Owner was friendly and quick to repond to questions. He lives above, but we didn't hear much. Location is near beach areas and shopping. Didn't take us long to head downtown or other areas of interest. I would absolutely recommend this property and stay again.

Will stay again

We booked because we needed a place that was clean and quiet and had a view of nature for serious health reasons. We chose this property because of the reviews and description. They did not disappoint. They had a gathering on Saturday evening (not at all raucous but folks laughing and talking). Their quiet time is 10pm so we thought we would wait until then. They were clearly having a great visit and we felt extremely badly that we had to message at 11 with our apologies for asking them to be a bit quieter as we had someone in our party who needed sleep critically. They were SO FAST to respond. We felt terrible if we cut their happy visit short but we are also so thankful. What good, kind, and conscientious hosts. The rooms were spotless and well appointed.

Little Piece of Heaven

This property is so beautiful and peaceful. The view is spectacular, and ever-changing, with the snow capped mountains in the far background, the Winchelsea Islands, Golden eagles, bald eagles,and beautiful sunsets. A little bit of everything. The host was a super host, as there was nothing he wouldn’t have done to make this stay more enjoyable. Al was very accommodating and pleasant. The suite was absolutely perfect with all the amenities needed for an enjoyable holiday away.

Beautiful view; roomy; well equipped.

One of the best BnB's we've stayed in. 2-bedroom with lots of space. Full kitchen and comfortable lounging space. Expansive waterfront view. Large windows, patio seating, and lawn seating offer viewing options. Very clean and nice. Highly recommended.

Nanaimo vacation

We had a wonderful stay! The property has a stunning view and is in pristine condition! Al was prompt and organized in his communication, and all around friendly and welcoming. He clearly takes hosting seriously and takes great care of the property and the guests. We were 2 adults and 3 kids and we had everything we needed. I would wholeheartedly recommend this property and would love to go back some day!

We had a perfect stay at this beautiful place. Everything in the house was available, clean and the view was just amazing. The host lives in the same house above the apartment, is very friendly and not intrusive at all. We can recommend it without a doubt.

Beautiful home in a waterfront location.

The apartment was very comfortable to stay in. Communication and check in was very easy and Al was very flexible. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and supplied. The lounge room was very cozy with the fire particularly as we had cold and rainy weather. Highly recommend to stay here.

Oceanfront Sunsets says it all!

This very neat and clean property is very well equipped, and in a quiet neighborhood close to beaches, and the sunsets are truly incredible! We saw whales, lots of birds and wildlife. And our stay was very comfortable and pleasant. Al and his wife were wonderful hosts, communicated very well and went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one! Thank you so much!

Outstanding Stay in Nanaimo

The property is amazing and just as described and more! From oceanfront views and sunsets to a clean, comfortable and well stocked home. Lots of birdwatching and even some deer in the backyard. We had a wonderful stay that was very calming and peaceful. We would highly recommend and if we need a place in Nanaimo this is where we will return to. Thanks very much Al!

The property name tells it all, oceanfront view with fantastic outdoor entertaining space! We decided to change our dinner plan for one of the stay so we can enjoy the beautiful afternoon into sunset. Out of the words! The place is really clean. It is also new, modern, and comfortable. The owners are great in their hospitality and great in communication too. In terms of entertainment, few mins away from beach access, restaurants (Camas in Lantzville is one of our favorites), hikes, and many more. This is definitely the place we would love to stay again when we come back next time!
