great place for us to host our daughter and young (2-yr old) grand daughter for a week. I would highly recommend this suite.

Loved our stay in Kauai

Enjoyed the pool and the beach — right on property. The condo had comfortable beds and everything we needed. Fun to get away from the cold!

Great condo

The space was spacious, extremely comfortable and lovely. Great central location with a walking path behind the complex right on the beach and grocery store across the street. Would definitely book this unit again.

Great unit at the Waipouli

Kapaa is the best, most centrality located on the island with many local great restaurants and activities nearby. My sister used to stay in Poipu, but has now converted to Kapaa. Much faster access to North Shore and very close to many great local restaurants in Kapaa and Lihue. The unit was perfect for our family of four. My husband especially loved the 3rd toilet. Pretty view of the sleeping giant, no road noise at all from this unit, well equipped kitchen with a rice cooker and blender. Super easy contactless check in and property manager was very responsive.

No direct elv in building F made it difficult to locate at first.Elv in bldg E did not work,Living room TV remote did not operate, used bedroom.Listing stated shampoo amenities, but ran out and was told to purchase our own. Should remove if not offered.Living light faulty

Aloha Alan, Mahalo for being our guest and for taking the time to share your review. We truly appreciate your feedback and would like to address a few of the points you mentioned. To start, we do provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in large bottles for guest use, so there is no need to purchase your own. Additionally, we supply a starter set of paper products upon arrival, including four new rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and two rolls of paper towels. If these are used during your stay, guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed. We also want to note that it can be challenging from a property management standpoint to address concerns such as non-working remotes or lights after a stay has ended. Our team is available seven days a week and would have been happy to assist you promptly had we been notified during your visit. That said, we take all feedback seriously and will be sure to review and address the maintenance issues you mentioned. Thank you again for staying with us. Mahalo for a really nice stay Mahalo for a really nice stay. We appreciated the cleanliness of the unit and it was very comfortable. I would have given 5 stars but most of the time when we have stayed in Hawaii there has always been beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, snorkeling gear and even boogie boards. I was sad that the reservation did not include those items and we had to purchase and rent them. The second unit we stayed in in for the 2nd half of our vacation in the same complex included all of those items. Mahalo

We don't supply those items for a number of reasons and the main one is cleanliness. The vast majority of guests return those items to the room covered in sand. We also suggest that guests rent beach equipment from select vendors we work with as they will suggest the best and safest beaches to visit given the weather conditions that day. Great host!

The place was really nice, loved the facilities, the kitchen was equipped with everything you could need, they did everything asked (get a pack n play) in such a timely manner. Very family friendly! Will be back!

Fantastic location for families

Across road from Safeway, McDonalds, Foodland, Long's, Polynesian Cultural Centre, and lots of shops. Close to the beach. Patio opens to a hedged in grassy spot for kids to play, right close to the fish pond. Couldn't have asked for a more spacious unit in a better location. So wonderful!!

We loved the location as its half way between poipu and princeville so your drive to a beach is never longer than a half hour. It was also really nice to be next to 2 grocery stores!!
