This Poconos mountain home features lush outdoor spaces. To help keep bugs and critters out, please keep doors and windows closed at all times. While we have regular professional pest control, occasional sightings of insects or small pests—especially outdoors—are possible and not uncommon in a natural setting. Refunds will not be issued for pest encounters or outdoor debris.

Violations of our house rules may lead to guests having to leave prematurely without a refund.
