Homero was a great host, answered questions quickly, and stocked the condo with almost anything you might need or might have forgotten.
Condo was clean, beautifully decorated and the building perfectly located with easy access to the pool and the road to the beach. In addition, the balcony has a great view of the facility's catch and release onsite pond. The kids spent a night fishing and loved it! And we all enjoyed watching the fish jumping out of the water and I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony at night with an adult beverage and listening to the sound of the nearby crashing surf.
The beach is a short walk away but you can buy a beach permit at the corner convenience store for $12 that is good until the end of the year that will let you drive directly onto area beaches. The beach is very clean, has more of a family vibe compared to other nearby beaches, and is less crowded.
There are nearby restaurants but only a couple that I would call walking distance. Otherwise, there plenty of great ones and an HEB Plus (large grocery store) within short driving distance.
As the title says, don't hesitate, book now. This condo will be at the top of my list when we have a chance to visit the area again.
