First time in rental pool!
Owner previously used it as a vacation home only, barely occupied during the year.
This ocean front 4th floor Beach Villa is located on Ko Olina Resort's pristine 2nd Lagoon in the Beach Tower which is closest to the beach. One of 14 true direct ocean front units with unobstructed view.
Highly upgraded and furnished this villa has a direct ocean view with both sunrise and sunset views.
Beautifully furnished with all high-end furnishings, professionally decorated, state-of-the art appliances and technology. Flat screen LCD televisions, broadband internet with WiFi and a fully equipped kitchen offer all the comforts of home.
This 2-Bedroom, 2-bath Villa features a King bed and 2 twins (can be converted to King bed) with separate baths for each bedroom. Master bathroom has a Japanese washlet. Second bedroom also has direct access to the lanai, with floor to ceiling glass sliding door to enjoy the breathtaking view! Sunken bath tubs in both bathrooms. Living area has a pocket lanai doors, decorated ceiling fan as well as a pull-out sofa with plush mattress. Villa sleeps 6 comfortably (Max 5 adults). Beach and bath towels are provided for your convenience.
The Lap Pool is perfect for an early morning workout or leisurely afternoon lap. The Lagoon/Keiki pool provides a safe and fun place for the kids to swim all day and features its own sand bottom that the little ones will love! There are three outdoor hot tubs to melt into after a day on the Ted Robinson Golf Course located across the street! Visit the resort beach bar for a refreshing drink and snacks; enjoy the ocean view from the sand pit area inside the resort!
The Ko Olina Resort has four man-made white sand lagoons which are connected by a walking path perfect for that romantic sunrise or sunset stroll.
There are outstanding restaurants within walking distance. There is also a marina offering snorkel/fishing day trips for your enjoyment.
