Escape to our stunning oceanfront property next to Fox Point Beach in Hubbards, NS! This listing includes both Seashore & Shoreside units: 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and 2 private saltwater hot tubs. Enjoy a 75” smart TV, home theater seating, arcades, ping-pong, air hockey & more. Plus, access a full gym & infrared sauna in a separate building. Perfect for families & groups looking for relaxation, fun, and breathtaking views!

The property is very spacious and large enough for families and friends to rent together as a group. In the summer, you'll be able to enjoy the view on the large patio areas with barbecues and walk back and forth to the beach (200m walk). In the winter, you'll definitely appreciate the hot tubs, fire pits, in-floor heating and electric fireplaces!



Please note that we accept up to 12 guests in this unit, but this includes a twin day bed with twin pull-out and a twin over double bunk bed. As such, the units would be most comfortable for 8-10 adults. Please review the information about bedrooms and beds before making your reservation.

This listing includes the rental of BOTH units together (Seashore + Shoreside). The two units are connected through a fire-rated door in their respective garages. When this listing is selected (both units rented), the door in between the units will remain unlock for the duration of the stay. Guests also have access to a private fitness center (spin bike, rower, dumbbells, barbell, etc.) and infrared sauna in a separate building behind the units.

There is no cable. You can use the various apps on the smart televisions and login to YOUR various accounts: Apple / Itunes, Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, Bell/Eastlink or other service provider online access, Youtube, Disney +. These are only available if YOU have an account. Don't forget to bring your usernames and passwords with you!



Amenities state a Pack n Play is available, however it is not readily available in the unit. Please ensure you request it for your stay so we can leave it in the unit you booked.



The hot tubs are salt-water hot tubs. Both hot tubs have a 4 people capacity. Specific instructions relating to the hot tub are in the Airbnb book available in the units.

We have security cameras outside to monitor the driveway, parking areas, entry doors, & firepit. We turn off the cameras after guests arrive except for the driveway, parking areas, and back building. We reserve the right to access any of the cameras during a stay or rearm them if we suspect a guest is not following our house rules.
