Located off Beach Ave., this sweet cottage is only 200 yards from Mother’s Beach, KBIA, and Webhannet Golf Course, and a short ride to local shops and restaurants. With three bedrooms, one bathroom, a comfortable living room, and a fully stocked kitchen, it’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day by the water. Enjoy modern touches like flat-screen TVs, a Sonos sound system, and the convenience of in-home laundry—all in a bright, family-friendly space made for easy beachside living.

This vacation home is set up with our guests in mind.

We offer beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella for our guest' use during their stay.

CALENDAR AVAILABILITY & BOOKING DETAILS for 2026:

• January - May 22, 2-night minimum.
• May 22nd through June 26th, we have a 3-night minimum policy.
• June 26 - September 7th, we have a 7-night minimum policy. SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY WILL APPEAR HASHED OUT, but you can select Friday - Friday.
• September 7th - End of September 3-night minimum policy.
• October - December, 2-night minimum, EXCEPT for Christmas Prelude, which is the first 2 weekends in December. We will require a 3-night minimum.

DETAILS TO KNOW:

• Linens provided for the king (1), queen (1) & bunk bed with twin-size beds (2).
• Towels and beach towels are always fresh.
• We have plenty of pillows to choose from.
• Kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances to prepare meals, and a dishwasher makes cleanup easy.
• Washer, dryer, and laundry detergent/dryer sheets are available for your use and replenished as needed.
• Spectrum Internet.
• Ductless, wall-mounted mini-splits keep the cottage comfortable.
• Beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, and a cooler are provided.
• Pack 'n' Play upon request, sheet not included.

ADDITIONAL PROPERTY DETAILS: This property has two cottages, a front (street side) "Fairview Cottage" and a back cottage we call "Seabreeze Cottage". You can rent both cottages through our third listing, which we are currently creating and will have ready soon. Please reach out directly while we prepare the listing.
