Seabreeze Cottage, steps to Kennebunk's Beaches

What better way to spend your vacation than steps away from the beach or golf course. This cottage is also a short distance to a variety of restaurants or shops. Seabreeze cottage is located off of Beach Ave., and approximately 200 yards to Mother's Beach, KBIA and Webhannet golf course. This cute cottage has three bedrooms, one bathroom, living room, kitchen, flat screen TVs, sono sound system and washer and dryer.

This three bedroom house sleeps 6: one bedrooms has a king bed, second has a queen size bed and the third a double bed. The cottage also has washer and dryer, flat screen TV'S, high speed wireless internet throughout.

Parking passes for Kennebunk beach are also provided as well as beach chairs and a wagon to bring your things to the beach.

Lovely short walk to beach!

Clean, comfortable cottage in a perfect location! We appreciated the A/C during the extremely warm weather. Easy walk to the beach was welcome. We plan to return.

Great place so close to the beach!

This is a cottage that is attached and in the back of the owner's other property. Our place had a great backyard with a table, a side porch and a parking spot. Pet friendly for our one small dog. A stone's throw from Mother's beach and about a 2 mile walk from Mornings in Paris. The place was very clean and thoughtfully furnished. I particularly loved that all of the dishes were a matched set and there was a whole set of brand new food storage containers, as well, not someone's leftover haphazard dishes, glasses and mugs. The place itself was a little small for the 5 of us, and would be small if you are planning on spending most of your time in the house but we loved it and hope to return next year.

Christmas in Kennebunk

We decided to spend Christmas as a family in the Kennebunks and were so fortunate to find this listing. Nicole was the ultimate host, from allowing us to get in early due to a massive winter storm, to providing extra blankets and flashlights in case the power went out she was extremely responsive and considerate. We would highly recommend staying here. It was warm and cozy and exactly what we needed to relax and enjoy family.

Seabreeze Fall Sensation!

Seabreeze Cottage was perfect for a Fall Birthday visit to beautiful Kennebunkport! Perfectly clean, most comfortable King/Queen beds, living space, kitchen and bath. Enjoyed delicious dinners, walking thru K-port, visit to Cape Porpoise and Ogunquit too! Such beauty at the beach, sunsets just steps away! We loved it!!

Lovely cottage

What a fine property, very short walk to Mothers Beach. Hiouse was squeaky clean, nailed the white and blue beach decor. Quiet neighborhood. All in all, a lovely 3 days.

Fun! Cute little cottage

We had a great time, walked to the beach for the day with all of our stuff in the cart. Walked back to the cottage if needed! Very convenient. Drove 2 to 3 miles to town and had lobster rolls and oysters. Cute town! Sat outside and ate dinner. BBQ'd. Nice view of the golf course. Nice and quiet. We would love to come back! Wendy and Tim were very sweet hosts, even when I forgot to check my email at check-in! Beds were super comfy too and the central air was nice and cool! Thanks for having us!

Great experience!

My family and I took a quick little getaway and we came across this little cottage that checked everything off on our boxes! It was SUPER clean, walking distance to the ocean, as well as close by a shopping strip and not too far from Kittery Outlets and other towns in Maine. I would definitely recommend and I would also go back again!

Fantastic

Stayed here for 3 nights with my three girls. Fantastic location steps to the beach. Lots of good items to use - beach wagon, chairs, picnic table. Added an extra night at the last minute and Tom was extremely accommodating and reachable. Only things I would have loved would have been beach towels to use :) Great family rental .

Stylish, cozy, and a perfect location

This was our second time staying at Seabreeze Cottage. It's a very nicely appointed and comfortable space in an ideal location, just a short walk to Mother's Beach. Wendy's beautiful watercolor paintings and stylish beach-themed decor are displayed throughout the cottage. The furniture is comfortable and everything is nice and clean. It's easy to settle in and feel at home at Seabreeze. We highly recommend it!

Such an adorable cottage. So nicely decorated and the beds were so comfortable!

The whole process from start to end was easy and the cottage is so clean and well stocked. I only needed to bring groceries and beach towels, everything was provided.

Beautiful Maine Getaway

We enjoyed every minute of our stay! The beach cottage was beautiful and the design made you feel right at home and relaxed. In addition it was a 5 minute walk from Mother’s beach and our favorite thing to do was to walk the dogs before 9AM and after 5PM. Definitely would return and recommend to all families and those looking for convenience and comfort!
