Welcome to Villa None, a contemporary retreat where Mediterranean style meets relaxed luxury. Perfectly located just ten minutes from Dubrovnik’s Old Town, the villa offers a peaceful setting close to beaches, restaurants, and the scenic Lapad promenade — ideal for guests who want both tranquility and easy access to the city.
Starting in 2026, guests enjoy daily housekeeping (up to 4 hours per day), including light cleaning, breakfast setup, and a gentle home refresh.
Each morning, a Breakfast Basket filled with fresh local products is delivered directly to the villa — the perfect way to begin your day in Dubrovnik.
The property spans 160 m² and features three stylish bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a bright open-plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen. The interiors are designed with natural tones, soft lighting, and a touch of coastal elegance, creating a calming, modern atmosphere.
Step outside to your private oasis: a 30 m² swimming pool, surrounded by terraces, a BBQ area, and lush greenery. Beside the pool sits an 80 m² pool house, offering an additional bedroom, living room with kitchen, and a spacious terrace — perfect for extended family or friends seeking extra privacy.
A covered lounge terrace (30 m²) provides an inviting space for outdoor dining, evening cocktails, or simply relaxing under the warm Mediterranean sky.
The villa comfortably accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms, with additional space for 1–2 children upon request. Two open areas — one inside and one outdoors — allow guests to enjoy moments of privacy or gather together for shared meals and memories.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, which is fully enclosed by walls and fencing to ensure complete privacy.
Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating throughout, as well as a portable JBL speaker for enjoying music by the pool or terrace while maintaining the peaceful ambiance of the neighborhood.
For convenience, the villa offers secured private parking for two cars within the property, plus three additional outdoor spaces and one garage parking spot available free of charge.
