This bright and comfortable top-floor stay blends modern touches with a warm, beach-house vibe—perfect for small families or a group of friends seeking a peaceful getaway just three blocks (about a 5-10-minute walk) from the sand.

Inside, you’ll find a spacious living room ideal for gathering and movie nights, along with a shared full bathroom conveniently accessible from both bedrooms. The home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, offering a restful space after sunny days on the coast.

Located in the heart of Windy Hill, you’ll be close to some of the area’s best attractions—Barefoot Landing, Duplin Winery, Alligator Adventure, and House of Blues—plus plenty of restaurants, shops, and golf courses just minutes away.

Dog Friendly- you are allowed to bring dogs to the property. The non-refundable Pet Fee is $150 per dog.

This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

DOG RULES
A $150 Pet Fee must be paid before check-in or your dog will not be allowed on the property.
Your dog should be friendly and house-trained. Dogs that utilize pee pads are NOT allowed.
Dogs are not allowed on the beds.
Your dog must be supervised by you at all times or crated if left alone.
Please pick up after your dogs in the yard. There will be an additional cleaning fee of $100 if we have to have dog waste picked up.
Any dog that becomes disruptive to the community or neighbors will need to be removed immediately.
You will be charged for any damage caused by your dog.
Limit of two dogs.
Please keep in mind that this home is pet-friendly. While we make every effort to keep it spotless and minimize pet hair for your comfort, we may occasionally miss some. We appreciate your understanding.

THIS PROPERTY IS LEGAL AND LICENSED BY THE CITY OF North Myrtle Beach / Myrtle Beach! Bag drop provided through a third party for an additional fee. We kindly ask you to utilize the washer and dryer if available in the unit to freshen linens. Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience. **WE DO NOT PROVIDE A DAILY LINEN SERVICE** INCLUDED WITH EACH STAY: Complimentary Free High-Speed Internet/WiFi Coffee products and add-ins Paper Products (toilet paper, paper towels) Hotel Quality Bath Amenities (shampoo, hand soap) Dish/Laundry Detergents Hair Dryer/Iron/Ironing Board Towels/Linens Basic Cooking/Kitchenware Pets are NOT allowed with the only exception of certified service animals IF Proper paperwork is provided prior to Check-in! If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Horry County is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler within 72 hours. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Myrtle Beach, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance. No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside. Firearms are not allowed in any of our private residences. Any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to local police without notice to guest. This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Myrtle Beach's Ordinance rules. Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE!!!
