We had a wonderful time! The property was so beautiful and peaceful by the creek. We even had hummingbirds come visit the feeder.

The hosts were great! Robbyn was extremely helpful in every way! The home was very dated but clean and cozy. Could use some air purifiers. The balcony was amazing and we spent most of our time there listening to the running water of the creek from the hot tub. We also had a fun time tubing in the creek. Beds slept well but some softer sheets might be a good idea. The driveway honestly gave me anxiety but we made it in and out after some trial and error. The kitchen was equipped with all utensils needed for cooking. They definitely need a new grill! Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Enjoyed the cabin with all the entertainment and proximity to shooting creek. Had a great weekend with my brothers! We will definitely be going back for another trip. We had a great time!

The first thing we noticed when we arrived was the drive way, ruff and steep. You may need a 4x4. The pictures do not show how old and run down the property is. For a men’s fishing cabin it would be ok but for a family getaway I don’t recommend it.The cost does not reflect the facilities.

The description did not allude that the two downstairs bedrooms were not accessible through the main house. The yards needing attention otherwise we enjoyed our stay and loved sitting listening to the water running by from the porch.

Now that our three sons are grown and out of the home, we plan a family weekend every fall where we can all be together. This home was perfect for us. Each couple had their own bedroom, the deck was great for us to hang out and visit, the hot tub was a big hit as well as the game room, and the kitchen was well stocked for meal prep.

The host was responsive.If our group had been an all guys fishing trip it would have been ok.We were three senior couples. Cons: The driveway was 60 degree angle climb/decent. The online description of where certain size beds are vs bathrooms was not what was actual so the description needs to be updated on VRBO. The jute box did not work. The terrace or basement level that was two of the bedrooms and one bath is not accessible from inside the house.Parking was tight and turn around to get back up the driveway was difficult, especially in wet weather. Bring bottled water as the faucets had a pretty strong sulfur taste and oder.Pros: the covered back porch that overlooked the river was wonderful which is where we took our meals. The AC works really good. The dishes, pans, utensils etc were well stocked. The bedding and towels were clean. Even though we didn't get into the hot tub..I was impressed that it was set up to manage itself keeping the water warm. I usually post good reviews. But for the price per night, this cabin was disappointing.

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. The cabin was clean and welcoming on the inside. The cabin’s grounds needed care! Looked like the yard had not been mowed in a month or 2. All the bed mattresses are old and worn out. The master bathroom does not have a shower like listed. The only shower on the upper level is in the hall bathroom. The cabin’s location is close to Hayesville NC and Hiawassee GA. That was very nice and convenient. We enjoyed the creek, but the hot tube was loud and we couldn’t hear the wonderful sounds of the water.The 2 lower level bedrooms are only accessible on the outside, no interior stairs. There is only one HVAC unit so the basement level was freezing. Might be nice for some, but our guest were cold. Communication with the host was pleasant and helpful. Overall the cabin was ok for a little getaway.

Peace and quiet

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this cabin . We spent many days floating in the creek and enjoying the peaceful sounds . The cabin itself is very nice and the management was easy to communicate with ! I would definitely stay again !!

Great family getaway

Great property. Upstairs was perfect for family time and downstairs for the younger adults who wanted to stay up late playing pool. Would have liked two extra high top chairs for dining table to seat all 6 of us.

This was a very enjoyable stay. The hot tub by the running river was very relaxing. Furnishing and bed were very decorative and comfortable and everything we needed was provided within the cabin. Thank you!

A few Issues that Fitz (Richard) went to the extreme to make them right . He was very accommodating. We enjoyed the Jacuzzi and sound of the creek.The hummingbirds on the balcony was very active.

Hats off to Mr. Fitz this was one of the best stays that I've had in a long time. The cabin was amazing it was very quiet and relaxing. It was everything that I was looking for perfect location for fishing and shopping for me with access to stores and activities. I would definitely stay again!! Weekend Stay

The home was nice and clean and it does have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms but two of the bedrooms and one bathroom are downstairs with no access to the downstairs from inside the top floor.

Relaxing vacation

We had a great stay. The water access was so nice. The kids and I went on several walks in the stream and had a great time. Fishing from just out back was fun and there was a local fishing spot (Shooting Creek) just about 5 minutes from the house. The hot tub was nice and relaxing at the end of the day. There is no cellphone service but the WiFi signal was perfect. Overall, great stay.

Great cabin! Even nicer than the photos!

A great cabin for a couple or couple with kids! Easy to find, very well appointed and cozy, and all the amenities you need for a getaway. The cabin is even nicer than the photos appear! We enjoyed warming up in the hot tub and listening to the river. If you're going in the winter, make sure you have a proper 4-wheel-drive vehicle if the weather is bad as the driveway is very steep.
