You will enjoy having your own private dock with room for 2 boats and 2 jetskis. Home comes with 2 single person Kayaks and life jackets. Includes a dedicated workspace with dual monitors & printer, plus a spacious deck, firepit, close to downtown Chapin.

House Rules: 
Boat ramp is not available to use as it is narrow and difficult to navigate without possibly damaging yard and sprinkler heads etc..We suggest you use Hilton Recreation area a few miles down the road to launch your boats.
Up to 2 dogs allowed with a 225 pet fee, no cats allowed at all as owners are allergic.
