We came here in 2018 to work and fell in love with the lifestyle, decided to buy a property and stay.
Tortola offers the opportunity to work in my field, yet I am able to get time to do sport almost daily - squash and surfing are my thing.
The property consists of four homes; three that we rent to vacationers. one with long-term tenants. My wife (Sajitha), 5 dogs and myself stay in the main house.

Luck Hill is a quiet residential neighbourhood, set on a hill, well-located with easy access to a variety of neccessities and experiences. You get amazing views of the bay, a nearby island, and the most spectacular sunsets. It's also located mid-way between Brewer's Bay, and Cane Garden Bay, each only five minutes away by car.
Cane Garden Bay is the main tourist beach on this island, offering restaurants, beach bars, nightlife and also the beach and sea.
Town is about ten minutes away by car.
