The space
This listing includes both sides of our duplex—two private, side-by-side homes rented together. Each has its own exterior entrance and is not connected inside, giving your group the perfect balance of togetherness and privacy. Both homes have identical layouts and amenities, making them ideal for families, friends, or colleagues traveling together. Each home features a spacious, open-concept main floor.
Kitchen (One in Each Home)
• Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, cookware, and dishes
• Basic spices and olive oil provided for convenient cooking
• Keurig with pods, plus an electric kettle and tea bags
• Dining table seats 4–6 and can double as a workspace
Living Room (One in Each Home)
• Comfy couches for relaxing
• 50" Roku Smart TV to stream your favorite shows
• Couches convert to sleeper sofas for larger groups
• Board games and reading materials provided for your entertainment.
