This three-bedroom villa offers a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a full bathroom, while the second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom features 2 twin beds. The guest bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower.

After a day of fun and adventure, relax in your peaceful vacation rental. Gather around the dining table in the fully equipped kitchen to recount the day`s memories. The kitchen comes with all the essential amenities, including a refrigerator, microwave, full-size range with oven, and a coffee maker. Save time and money with the laundry area that features a washer and dryer.
Take a dip in the private pool area, located on the south side, which includes a covered area with a table for 6, lounge chairs, and space to relax.

Guests have access to the whole house, private pool and yard.
No more than 3 cars allowed per reservation.

The pool can be heated, please note that there will be an additional charge of $25 per day. Pool heating is 2 night minimum.
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest must be 21 years of age or older. The person who made the reservation must be present at check-in, or must provide prior authorization if someone else in their party will check in.

Guest Limit: Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay at the property.

Parking: A maximum of three (3) vehicles is allowed per property.

Furniture: Please do not move furniture within the home.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily.

Cleanliness: Guests are expected to leave the property in a respectful condition upon departure.
