Located in the peaceful Vista Norte neighborhood, ideal for sunshine, serenity, relaxation & unforgettable stays.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for cooking, entertaining, or making morning coffee. Enjoy both a Nespresso machine (Vertuo starter pods provided for first day, guests welcome to purchase additional) and a standard drip coffee maker to start your day just the way you like it.

When it’s time for fun, the garage game room offers endless entertainment with a pool/ping-pong combo table, cornhole, and giant Connect Four. Indoors, smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and central air conditioning keep everyone comfortable year-round.

💦 Pool & Spa Details
The pool is serviced twice weekly (Tuesdays & Fridays) for a sparkling-clean experience. During the summer (June–September), water temperatures naturally hover in the 80s–90s. If the water gets too warm, unfortunately there is no way for us to cool the pool down during peak summer months. In cooler months (November–May), the pool can be heated for $110/day up to 87 degrees with 24-hour notice. The hot tub is available year-round at no charge for heating.

For guest safety and property security, Casa Pájaro is equipped with 3 outdoor cameras: 1 at the front door, 1 at the side yard and 1 in the backyard. There are no cameras inside the home.

- Renter must be 25+
- Pool/spa use at your own risk; children must be supervised
- All reservations must complete a Virtual Check-In and sign a Vacation Rental Rules Acknowledgment form prior to arrival.
