Playa Flamingo offers a gorgeous setting with ocean view estate homes and luxurious condos on either side of a mile-long, crescent-shaped, white sand beach. Famous for it`s world-class fishing, diving, and snorkeling, this crystal clear water bay is also excellent for swimming. It is the site of the proposed Flamingo Marina. Most homes in Flamingo are walkable to the beach and have incredible ocean views.

Views, views, views! Our beachfront Punta Plata unit is located on the second floor of the complex in Playa Flamingo. The ocean breeze flow in the unit and the big patio doors brings a lot of natural light. It features beachfront and titled condos within a gated community and private location. The complex is steps to a very secluded beach where you can scuba dive, snorkel, fish and swim on a very family friendly environment. It`s a nature lover`s dream. You`re going to love it here!

- We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
