Upon entering, you are greeted by the bright, open-concept common area, which seamlessly connects the comfortable living room, the main dining area, and the stunning gourmet kitchen, anchored by a large island with seating. This central hub is finished with beautiful wood-style flooring and is the ideal place for your group to gather, cook, and relax after a day of sightseeing.

Guest Access:

🏠 Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house, including all four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, the Main House amenities, and the separate Bonus Suite. You will also have full private access to the fenced-in backyard, Screened Lanai, and the Private Pool. Ample off-street parking is available in the driveway and/or carport. Access to the home is provided via a secure keyless entry system (code provided before check-in).

🗺️ You are located in the desirable Uptown neighborhood of St. Augustine, known for its quiet residential streets and incredible proximity to the city's main attractions. This area provides a peaceful escape while keeping you just blocks away from history. You can easily stroll to antique shops, local coffee houses (like The Kookaburra), and delicious restaurants along San Marco Avenue before dipping into the heart of the historic district.



Getting Around:

Walking: Many popular sites, including the Fountain of Youth and Historic Downtown (St. George Street), are easily walkable (less than 1 mile).

Driving: You are a short, easy drive to all areas. Vilano Beach is about a 9-10 minute drive, and the larger beaches on Anastasia Island are approximately a 15-minute drive.
