Overlooking La Costa beach, savor the best breakfast burritos at Country Kitchen next door, or head to Dukes restaurant and bar across the street. Enjoy entertainment on new Samsung 4k TVs, and stay productive with WiFi and Canon Laser Printer at your disposal.
The space
The Space:
Located across the street from La Costa Beach and Dukes Restaurant. Bedroom one has a California King bed, a 65" Samsung 4k TV, and a desk. Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed and en-suite bathroom.
Guest Access:
Guest will have access to Apartment B only.
The Neighborhood:
Please note that the apartment is located by Pacific Coast Highway and there might be some traffic noise. The apartment is located 6 minutes away from La Costa Beach. There are plenty of great restaurants close by. Duke Malibu is right across from the apartment. La La Cabana and Country Kitchen are right next to the apartment. The next grocery store is a 10 minutes drive away.
Getting Around:
We do not recommend renting a car as a lot of restaurants and beaches are within walking distance. Also, it is very easy to get an Uber from this location.
Other Things to Note:
This is a second-floor suite. There are 16 steps to get to the front door.
NO PARTIES, LOUD MUSIC
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY (6 PPL) MUST BE RESPECTED AT ALL TIMES
ANY PARTIES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION
It's is of utmost importance to note that all noise and music must remain indoors and at a reasonable level by 9-10pm. The neighbors are extremely sensitive, so it's crucial that all activities and noise levels are respectful at all times. We can't have complaints of obtrusive music, guests entertaining, or people hanging out by the front door being loud. It's important to be mindful of this before booking. Any gatherings of more than 6 people are not allowed on the property unless discussed and cleared with the host before check in.
Rules of the house:
- No parties, loud music or gatherings of more than 6 people allowed in the apartment
- Max occupancy of 6 people must be respected
- Pets allowed on a case by case basis - please check with host before arrival - $90 per day/per pet
- Smoking prohibited indoors & outdoors- $250 fine for smoking
- $35 charge per towel for any stained/ruined towel
- $200 charge per stained sheet/duvet cover
- $35 charge per stained pillow case
- $200 charge if the apartment is left excessively messy and requires additional cleaning
Guests must be transparent and truthful about the questions asked by the host at booking. It's a very quiet neighborhood and the neighbors have zero tolerance for noise disturbance. Non compliance with the rules cited above or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction.
Upon check in, please report any damages to avoid being charged. We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue, we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!
