Welcome to your home away from home! This bright, family-friendly retreat designed for comfort, relaxation, play, and connection. This 3-bedroom offers plenty of space for everyone to relax and recharge. Every room has a smart TV - including the gym - and the living room has a 100" TV with surround sound.
Step through the front door into a warm, open living room — perfect for family movie nights or cozy game sessions after a day of adventure. You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen ready for home-cooked meals, plus a washer and dryer for your convenience.
This split-floor plan ensures privacy and flow for families and groups alike:
Primary Suite (back left) — California King bed with pillow top, private bath, and walk-in closet for your own restful retreat.
Bedroom 2 — Queen bed with memory foam topper boasts soft linens and inviting décor.
Bedroom 3 — Queen size Murphy bed, easily tucked away to open up space when not in use.
Family Room— Through the living room at the back of the home, discover a cheerful playroom stocked with books, a wall-mounted TV, and plenty of toys and board games. Twin trundle bed, can easily be converted to a day bed to provide additional space for relaxation or play. It’s a perfect spot for kids to unwind while the adults enjoy some quiet time.
Gym - The garage has been converted into a convenient gym that includes a treadmill, rower, barbell with free weights, yoga mats and balls, medicine balls, punching bag... and more! You will also find a two person infrared sauna to help you relax before you hit the massage chair in the main living area!
You'll love the outdoor living area, where family fun meets relaxation:
- Spacious deck and paved patio
- Fire pit for evening s’mores and stories
- Blackstone grill under a covered deck for easy outdoor dining
- Offset umbrella and lounge space to relax in the sun or shade
- Outdoor toys to keep little ones entertained
We provide a crib, highchair, and baby bath for guests traveling with small children.

We are a family of 7 who have called Jacksonville home for nearly a decade and we ABSOLUTELY love it here! With 5 beautiful children, we spend a lot of our time outdoors enjoying local parks, splash pads, and of course... the beach! We enjoy board games, family fun, and creating memories together. You'll find some of our favorite games available for you to enjoy during your stay. It's our hope that you feel as at home in this space as we do!

We knew we wanted a home where we would be comfortable raising our children. We also needed to be close to parks, the beach and of course... the grocery store. This neighborhood fit the bill perfectly and the sense of community and warmth that this neighborhood radiates is why we plan to stay here for years to come!

With 5 children 8 and under, we understand the importance of being able to truly relax and be present in the moments that matter. We have intentionally curated the amenities in our home around creating an environment where adults can unwind, and kids can be kids. We've thought of everything... from the Nintendo Switch games that you'll enjoy on the 100" TV, to the endless supply of board games for all ages, to the sauna and massage chair that adults can enjoy after a day at the beach. There's a lot more I could share here, but ultimately, we've set things up so you can focus on the things that really matter! Don't hesitate to reach out with any questions.
