Please Read ****"I booked this property through VRBO, and immediately after entering my credit card information and agreed to the terms and conditions. The screen on my phone went back to the original booking platform and I was sent a message saying that this property was no longer available for those dates, and to please select another date or a different property.So the next day I decided to book a different property on a different site, I didn't have any issues I signed the agreement, entered my card information and "immediately was sent a confirmation number". Later that day I was reviewing my credit card information and I realized that VRBO had charged me for the property that through it's own site had clearly stated that it wasn't available.So I was in Jacksonville with more than one property and I ended up loosing a substantial amount of money over something that shouldn't have happened.VRBO this error on y'all behalf is ridiculous and a big failure. It needs to be looked into and fixed so that it doesn't create any more issues for families that are just trying to travel and relax.Now the reason for the 5 stars, The property was amazing, very comfortable. My spouse was able to spend some time with her relatives, myself and my kids were able to enjoy the beach and the scenery. Thanks to the Host. I was very disappointed in VRBO, yes I lost a lot of money but once I entered your property I felt like I was at home, plus it was much better than the other property
