Welcome to our charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom mountaintop condo, offering the perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and stunning views. Located just across from Purgatory Resort’s main lodge, this ideally situated retreat provides effortless access to the ski lifts, trails, and everything Purgatory has to offer, making it the ultimate year-round getaway.
The location of this condo is hard to beat. The East Rim Complex is centrally positioned near the main skier plaza, only a 2-3 minute walk to the Purgatory Express, the mountain’s fastest and largest high-speed lift. You’ll enjoy the perfect balance of proximity to the lively base village—featuring restaurants, shops, and ski amenities—while still maintaining the peace and privacy of a mountainside retreat.
With sweeping views of the San Juan mountains and a cozy interior, our condo is the ideal place to unwind after a thrilling day on the slopes, or to simply escape for a few days to relax and recharge. Recently furnished with thoughtful details and retro ski paraphernalia, it’s sure to exceed your expectations.
Guests rave about our well-stocked kitchen, designed for your convenience and enjoyment. You’ll find full cookware and bakeware sets, a tea kettle, toaster, crockpot, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, Brita pitcher, spice rack, and an assortment of coffee, cocoa, and tea to make your stay as comfortable as possible. For added convenience, we’ve equipped the unit with a new washer/dryer with provided laundry soap, and the bathrooms are kept fully stocked with hand soap/lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash—so you can travel light and focus on relaxation.
Amenities abound with a full bathroom on each floor, a wood-burning fireplace, a charming retro spiral staircase, a gas grill on the deck, two smart TVs, and one basic TV with a selection of nostalgic VHS and DVD titles. We offer Wi-Fi for your connectivity needs, though please note there is no cable or landline. For a more unplugged evening, enjoy our great selection of board games for a cozy night in. The unit also includes two parking passes, so you’ll never have to worry about finding a parking spot during the busy season!
Our home is family-owned, but professionally managed and cleaned to ensure the utmost level of care and service. Whether you’re heading up the mountain for adventure or relaxation, our condo is the perfect place to make lasting memories!
