Living
Our Open plan living area is really spacious and features a sofa set, streaming TV, plenty of natural daylight and access out on to the pool.

Kitchen
Our kitchen is packed full of everything that you will need, from a large fridge freezer, range and microwave, down to the essentials like ironware and a dishwasher, we have you catered for!

We feature a large washer, dryer set too, all free of use during your stay.

All cutlery is also provided.

Dining
We feature a round, glass dining table with seating for 5 as well as stools in our open plan kitchen area.

Our Stunning Home features three bedrooms on the upper level and two on the lower, each room featuring storage and a streaming TV. All linens are supplied.

Bathroom Three is the ensuite for the Queen Bedroom and features a vanity and new, luxury walk in shower.

Bathroom Four features a vanity and new, luxury walk in shower area.

We also feature a half bathroom in the pool area and an outdoor shower.

Games Room
Our garage has been converted in to a Games Room which features a Pool Table, Hockey and Table Foosball.

We have a TV in here too!

Pool
The absolute star of the show!! Our Stunning Pool was recently resurfaced, the pool faces South East so sees the sun all day, if you want the dream Florida pool area, look no further!

We have everything here and additionally feature an outdoor shower and bathroom.

We have seating for 8, across two sets of outdoor furniture and four loungers for you to kick back and enjoy the Sun!

To help you in and out, we have installed a grab handle too so you can navigate in and our of the pool with ease.

We supply the pool towels, and the plastic glassware, all that's missing now, is you!

We recommend pool heat in the cooler months, this is provided by our gas heater and is charged at $40 per day to cover the cost. We can supply Grills too from a local vendor, these are charged at $20 per day (5 night minimum rent).

Outside
There is parking for two vehicles on our drive, we have a grassed area to the front, side and rear.

Our home is separated from homes to the rear by a large fence and with our extended deck, you are able to take advantage of the sun from Sunrise to Dusk.

The community features a clubhouse with fitness room, playground, volleyball and tennis courts.

Tuscan Hills is a gated community and prior to your stay, you will be issues with individual access codes.

Free High Speed Wifi is available for you, so enjoy your favourite streaming channels or flick through tiktok, it's on us!
