Unbeatable location and decent value
A few low cost upgrades to the unit would make staying here a lot more comfortable but you just can’t beat the location, and that’s what you’re after. The beach is literally right there across the street. Best for quiet couples given the other units above and on the other side of the wall. But the building is properly constructed and you should be hear them much it at all Five minute walk to a dozen restaurants/bars. You also get a dedicated parking spot in back plus street parking pass.

Condo is very well maintained, furnished and comfortable.... A little like staying in an IKEA showroom LOL. Even beach chairs and umbrella - sea wall crossing is at corner - next to condo. Had ‘fridge go out and management reached out and had replacement very quickly! Great location, easy walking everywhere!

We had a great stay in this lovely one bedroom condo in Pass A Grille. It was very clean and ready to go when we arrived. The check in went smoothly and we felt at home immediately. Location was excellent. 200 steps to the beach. We counted! The beach and neighbourhood are quaint and lovely. You can't find a better place to relax and truely enjoy the best of coastal Florida. Any communication was prompt and professional and we were satisfied with any help we needed. We would certainly stay again and highly recommend Tech Travel and this condo.

We spent a month in Pass A Grill for a vacation, we love the area and have stayed there many times. This was the first time we stayed for a whole month at an Air B&B. The condo we stayed at was lit steps from the beach. I was extremely clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Nice people that live in the other 3 units permanently. When we had to contact Tech Travel they were quick and efficient. Great place and we can’t wait to go back.

We stay here for 6 weeks and this place feels like a second home to us. We love it! It is clean, nicely furnished with well-equipped kitchen and bath, washer and dryer, which is extremely convenient, super close to the beach, in a great neighborhood with nice/hospitable neighbors, close to restaurants, grocery, drug store, and shopping..
Management very easy to work with, when needed.

Perfect, sleek, comfy getaway.
Relaxing, bright, uncluttered and clean condo. Lovely neighbors. Far enough away from the bars to be quiet, but close enough to walk to them. Came home completely refreshed.

Mixed Experience in Passe-a-Grille
My stay was 2/9/20 - 4/3/20.
The property:
Not cleaned well = 3 stars. Happy the manager refunded the cleaning fee. Unhappy I had to clean on vacation.
Instructions for key lock box were for different model. Took a few tries to open, then wouldn't close. Required follow up call to manager, so 4 stars.
Pics of the property outdated, so 3 stars. Interior was recently painted, which I liked. Furniture was replaced, but I couldn't get comfortable. That's personal, so rating reflects inaccurate pics, not my comfort.
Property manager was responsive. No complaints
The property is 1 of 4 units in a 2 story condo. The other 3 units occupied fulltime by residents. Met 2 of 3, very nice people. Had dinner 3 times with next door neighbors.
About the unit. It's right next to an unpaved access road. There is some pedestrian traffic and some vehicle traffic (trash trucks, service vehicles, cars accessing their parking spaces). And service vehicles for this and next door property park right outside the main windows of this unit.
Unit was well maintained. Built in the 30s. You can hear muffled sounds from neighbor TVs. Stairs to the 2nd floor run along the wall. You can hear when stairs are used.
Balcony is small. Room for 2 small chairs. And it's shared with the other 1st floor unit. Same as a motel where it serves as both the walkway to the units and it's the balcony. So the next door neighbors walk right thru your balcony sitting area and right in front of your main window to exit their unit. Also neighbors and their dog on the balcony a lot.
If you like privacy and quiet, this unit would not suit you.
Pass-a-Grille (PAG):
Quiet in the morning and evening. Like being in a giant congested parking lot during the day on nice days.
Look at Google Maps satellite mode. You'll see both sides of the beach side road (1st to 23rd St) and bay side road (1st to 12th St.) lined with parking spots. On nice weather weekends, and weekdays when the weather warms in March, those spots are full and the streets are busy with cars circling for parking. You feel like your in a large parking lot. And the beach gets mobbed. If you want quiet beach you'll have to walk .6 miles to quieter section where private homes are, as I did. Beware: PAG is the largest public access beach and parking lot in the county.
Didn't care for the unit and likely won't return to PAG.

This condo was awesome! It was perfect for my husband and I. From the moment we had unpacked, we felt like this was home! The description and pictures on the site were 100% accurate. It was immaculately clean and has been very well maintained. We had little need to contact management, as everything was perfect; however, when we did contact management, we received quick response. Pass-a-Grille is a beautiful, quaint, laid-back beach town, convenient location to supermarkets, dining, amazing beach, and shopping. The only suggestion we might make to management is to provide 2 sets of keys. We are already booked for next year!

Awesome
This condo unit was awesome! It was absolutely perfect and met all our expectations! We felt at “home” instantly! The location to the beach, shopping, dining, and the St. Pete area was perfect! We have already booked for next year! Easy/quick communication with management! Easy entry and departure. The only thing we would suggest is to provide 2 sets of door keys so that each person had their own without having to coordinate with the other person. We certainly managed without any major problems, but would have been nice to have had another set.
