Las magníficas puestas de sol del Golfo de México se disfrutan desde el amplio balcón compartido. Ubicado en la hermosa Pass-A-Grille en St Pete Beach. Alrededor de 30 millas al suroeste de Tampa.

Recién remodelado, amueblado con buen gusto y totalmente equipado para sus vacaciones, apartamento tipo estudio con cama de matrimonio. Disfruta de una increíble playa de arena blanca, perfecta para caminar y bombardear la playa o simplemente trabajar en un excelente bronceado, ver a los pelícanos zambullirse en el agua para comer y jugar con los delfines (eso es lo más difícil posible).

Dentro de un área de una cuadra y media tenemos varios restaurantes. El servicio de transporte del aeropuerto de Tampa llega a nuestra puerta para su recogida y entrega.

Nuestro balcón es un gran lugar para relajarse, relajarse, desestresarse y ver pasar el agua. Así que traiga su bebida de elección y únase a nosotros para descansar, asar a la parrilla y observar las puestas de sol más hermosas que jamás haya visto.

pag. s. La pesca está disponible las 24 horas del día, los 7 días de la semana, desde el malecón en Pass-A-Grille Way (1 cuadra al este del condominio) y el embarcadero en el Golfo de México está a 6 cuadras al sur del condominio. También Merry Pier ofrece pesca en alta mar. Al otro lado de Merry Pier se encuentra el restaurante SeaHorse que tiene los mejores granos de este lado del Mississippi.

Glorious stay

Our host, Gloria, was easy to communicate with, provided an over-the-top studio condo, and gave us tips to enjoy our stay. While the studio had a murphy bed; it was comfortable and easy to use. Ease of access and location make this a nice place. The building the studio is in needs some upgrades and construction completed.

Comfortable Studio!

The owner included creature comforts in this studio to make it comfortable for the space. Recliners, full kitchen, nice bath, and storage. Appreciated the beach umbrellas, chairs, and cooler. Communication with the owner was easy as well as entry. The location is fantastic. Pass-a-grille beach is beautiful and just across the street. Plenty of restaurants nearby including the Paradise Grill. Enjoyed music on the beach and the bell ringing at sunset.

Paradise on Pass-a-grille

1st rate sunsets. Very small place with a Murphy pull down bed/ table. Husband was kind enough to pull it down so I could take afternoon rest periods. You will need to leave the apt to walk out on the balcony (maybe 30 feet) and watch the evening's sunset. Full kitchen and refrigerator. Very close to a little shopping district with food, stores and bars. Beach is a stone’s throw away and Gloria has everything you need to spend the day on the beach.

Cute condo with ocean view

The condo was cute and had a balcony with ocean view. It was quiet at night and we did not have any issues at all while there. Brass Monkey is right next door and a few other restaurants in walking distance. It is a very nice area!! Gloria is very quick to respond to any questions and is a wonderful host!

Great place right by the beach

Very clean and complete with all the amenities. It rained in the afternoon to evening one day and I was able to relax and feel like I was home in the room. Super close to restaurants, shops, and bars... Within a few yards, actually. I highly recommend the place.

A little slice of paradise!

Location, location, location! You simply cannot find a more perfect location than this little gem! The perfect place to watch the Pass-a-Grille sunsets, a delightful beach with the most amazing emerald water, and practically a block within everything the area has to offer. Super responsive and accommodating host. This little efficiency had everything needed to unwind, relax, and enjoy the salty air!

Family Wedding

The property is awesome. Everything we needed in our room was at our fingertips. The property manager was so pleasant and helpful. The balcony view was breathtaking. The room was very clean. The only thing we missed was a pool, but the beach is right outside your door. We would definitely recommend this studio when you visit. Brass Monkey close by and very good food and service.

200% recommend

Our trip was incredible. The beach is just outside the studio door, 15 steps to the shared balcony and right across the parking lot when you want to go. There are restaurants, coffee shops, local owned beach shops, a beach grill cafe with occasional live music and much much more, all next door and within walking distance. The ferry to an amazing (affordable) experience at Shell Key Island is just at the end of the avenue. The host was excellent at communicating and was incredibly kind and accommodating. Everything was clean and the space was perfect for just my partner and I. Everything you need for a perfect vacation or stay.

Communication with Gloria was excellent! Check-in was super easy! PROS: location, location, location. Beach access is simple and while the beach was busy on the weekend, weekdays we felt like the beach was ours! Next door is The Brass Monkey Bar and Grill and our meals there were excellent! Also next to the condos is Paradise Sweets, an ice cream/coffee shop. Their Key Lime ice cream is the best, you must try it! We are able to walk to The Wharf restaurant, and their food was also excellent. Freebee van rides are great, you only pay tips. But they only take you so far, but they are very friendly and helpful. By sure to download the Freebee app! Back to the condo, it is furnished with all you need. The beach chairs and umbrella were a life saver, we used them everyday. The shower had the best pressure I've ever experienced. It's almost assaulting (in an aggressive masseuse kind of way).CONS: There is currently not a proper grocery store in Pass-a-Grille. There was a Publix but it burnt down in May 2025 and there is litigation pending, so it may be a while before it's rebuilt. We had to take a Lyft to South Pasadena to do some grocery shopping. The condo has vertical blinds, which is in the same room as the Murphy bed/living room. That made me very uncomfortable as you can still see in through the closed blinds from the outside hallway. It would have been nice to get instructions for the tv. We struggled with the remote all week, but not a big deal.

Pass A Grill Vacation

Check in: We did not know room number. 2 Recliner Chairs: Not comfortable, both were broke and did not recline. Had to have been broken from previous stays. Tub faucets need to be replaced. They didn't turn off properly and leaked if not noticed. Remote a/c complicated. Table under pull down bed is broke. Location was fabulous. Tk You.
