Complete with a private pool (heating available), huge fenced-in yard & patio with Intracoastal Waterway views, a boat dock where you can catch fish for dinner & dock your boat, a grand piano, billiards, ping pong, smart TVs throughout, BBQ, & much more!
This spectacular property is a rare find since it is one of the only enormous single family short term rentals on the Intracoastal Waterway with a pool and huge nearly 1 acre yard! Since there aren’t many vacation rentals within this neighborhood, on the Waterway, with a boat dock that you can fish off of, that sleeps 34 people, this property books fast so don't delay!
This giant home has plenty of space to stretch out or lounge in the sun and includes 5 king beds among 20 total beds with 2 cribs! There are smart TVs in all bedrooms and the living rooms and a grand piano! The huge private fenced-in yard comes complete with a large patio, outdoor yard games, and an enormous top of the line park-grade double sided charcoal BBQ grill that swivels where you can cook the fish you catch fresh from your private dock! We even have a 50 amp outlet for an RV hookup on the side of the driveway!
Rest easy knowing that this amazing property is professionally and regularly maintained with a large variety of service contracts with professional companies that include same day and after hours emergency services for the unlikely event you experience any issues during your stay!
