From the private setting, you're just moments (50 yards) from Page/Paige Meadows, on of the best trails in Lake Tahoe for hiking, biking, snowshoeing, and cross county skiing. In the summer, the property has access to the these same excellent trails and the cabin is close to three great restaurants Fire Sign Cafe for breakfast, and Shadyside and Sunnyside restaurants for lunch and dinners.

**During the winter months, this cabin accesses Tahoe Park Heights Drive which is relatively steep and requires four wheel drive/chains.

The property is conveniently accessible to 3 different downhill ski areas (Alpine Meadows, Palisades, and Homewood).

All Agate Bay Realty vacation rental properties are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV/TV's with streaming services, washer & dryer and barbecue (many are only usable in the summer).
