This secluded craftsman remodeled detached 1 Bedroom home is your perfect launch pad for exploring our Green Mountain State. With splendid natural views, abundant light, and large yard for exclusive guest use you won't want your trip to end, and with the large fully equipped kitchen, in unit washer dryer, dedicated guest EV charger, and modern central air heating and cooling you'll be prepared to enjoy any length stay at this modern yet rustic home away from home.
The Space:
The home is a private detached building located on a wooded lot with another home where the property owners currently reside. It's newly renovated and has modern touches throughout. You'll be provided a door code to access the space.
Guest Access:
Guest access is through the door located on the left hand side of the home.
The Neighborhood:
Located on a secluded lot, surrounded by the tranquil Green Mountain National Forest, but only minutes away from the quaint Ripton General Store, just 5 miles from Breadloaf campus, a short 15 minute drive from Middlebury Vt, or a quick 40 mins from the slopes at Sugarbush. You're perfectly located to enjoy everything the area offers, including hiking, skiing, snow showing, mountain biking, and sightseeing!
Getting Around:
You will need a vehicle to get around (Ubers are not generally available), and please note that in the winter while the road is paved and plowed there may be times where travel is made more difficult by weather events, please be prepared and understand things can move slower during winter storms.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that the rural nature of the area means that occasionally during severe winter storms travel will be difficult and sometimes power may be lost for short periods, we do our best to provide a cozy pleasant home for you to weather these storms but please plan accordingly based on the weather.
Interaction with Guests:
This unit is professionally managed by Henchmen Property Management, the property owners live on the property and are available when needed.
