The Space:

Soft morning light filters through the home as you step into the open living space, with room for your entire group to settle in and unwind. Evenings can be spent gathering around the spacious seating areas or drifting out to the pool for a quiet swim. With the resort surroundings close by, you can shape each day around the experiences you enjoy most.



Sleeping arrangements

Eight spacious bedrooms provide plenty of room for large families or groups. With 12 beds and six bathrooms, everyone can spread out comfortably and enjoy the privacy they need throughout the stay. Several bedrooms feature convenient access to full bathrooms or ensuite-style layouts, and both first floor and second floor bedrooms make it easy for guests of all ages to settle in.



Living spaces

Two large living areas give you room to relax, watch TV, or enjoy time together. The home offers central ac and heating, along with essentials like clean sheets, bed linens, towels, and a washer and dryer for added convenience. High speed wifi and multiple Smart tv or flat screen setups provide easy entertainment during downtime.



Kitchen and dining

A full kitchen with stainless steel appliances makes it simple to prepare meals for large groups. The open concept layout flows naturally into indoor dining areas, with space for everyone to gather. Outdoor dining is also available when you step onto the patio, offering another setting for shared meals or morning coffee.



Outdoor living

The private pool sits just outside the main living area, ideal for a refreshing swim any time of day. Outdoor patio space create a relaxed setting for enjoying the Florida warmth. An EV charger is available on the property, along with free parking on premises and free street parking.

As part of the Windsor at Westside community, you have full access to a wide range of amenities. The resort features a huge pool, lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, and areas for volleyball and basketball. The clubhouse includes arcades, a Bar & Lounge, and additional gathering spaces. The property is just a short walk to the clubhouse, making it easy to enjoy everything without driving.



Neighborhood

Located near state road 192, US 27, and I-4, the home places you within easy reach of Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and other top attractions. Universal Studios, SeaWorld, dining, entertainment, and the nearest supermarket are all an easy short drive away. The gated community setting offers quiet enjoyment while keeping you close to the places you want to explore.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. There is (1) spot designated in front of the home that has the unit number painted on the space - any additional vehicles can park on the unassigned spots throughout the community!



The Neighborhood:

An ultimate Family Resort near Disney and other World-Class Attractions. Windsor at Westside is an amazing and sought after community. Expect first-class amenities, some of the best in town! The property is just a couple minutes walking distance to the clubhouse.



Including all the amenities that make resort-living superb, Windsor at Westside Resort will include a huge resort-style pool, a lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, BBQ & Picnic area, and, a huge clubhouse with arcades, Bar & Lounge, and more. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. And only a short drive further you’ll find all the attractions Orlando is known for, Disney being very near.



Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions.



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
