Welcome to your next getaway! This 2-level townhouse is located in North Myrtle Beach - just steps away from public beach access! Special bonus: you also have patio AND balcony areas to relax and enjoy the fresh area. Potentially catch a glimpse of the ocean from the upstairs balcony. This is the perfect spot for a family or couple vacation!



The Space:

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!



Parking: Guests have 2 (TWO) parking spot. No guests have motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, RVs, or boats kept in the parking lot.



Entry: Self check-in with keypad. Stairs required to access the bedrooms/bathrooms.



Kitchen: Fully stocked - includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans, and more!



Family room: Enjoy the open concept with plenty of seating.



Bedroom 1: Queen bed.



Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.



Bedroom 2: Queen bed!



Bedroom 3: Queen bed!



Bathroom 2: Full bathroom.



Bathroom 3: Bottom level - half bathroom - sink and toilet only.



Porch/Balcony: Nice seating area to enjoy the fresh air.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided, but the guest will be responsible for anything not provided or any resupply needed during stay.



Washer/Dryer: Private machines located inside the unit.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire condo (except for any locked owners closet).

This unit is in the perfect area of North Myrtle Beach. Just a short distance to attractions and our beautiful coastline.

🏌️ Myrtlewood Golf Club is about 11.5 miles

🏢 Barefoot Landing is about 2.6 miles



Getting Around:

2 parking spots. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, elevators, pools, hot tubs, parking lots, grounds, etc.



Feel free to bring your golf clubs, beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

No pets. Max guest count is 6.



Routine pest control happens monthly. Required that the technician be granted entrance to complete the treatment.



ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
