Enjoy the 2026 summer season in style from this 5-bedroom, [4.5-bath] two story East Quogue home, on a private 1-acre Cul de sac property surrounded by an evergreen estate border, and the Pine Barren’s preserve. This home comfortably accommodates 10 guests with spacious on-site parking .Near to local beaches ,bay, and fine dining. Ideal location for 2026 Golf U.S. Open at Shinnecock Hills June 15-21,2026 which is a short ride by car, or easily accessible by local Hampton Jitney or Long Island Railroad (1 stop, and short walk).
Features include:
• 5 Spacious Bedrooms with 2 Masters,3 located on first level each with full bath
• 4 Full Baths + powder room
• Chef’s Kitchen with stainless appliances, island seating
• Great Room with open floor plan, vaulted ceilings and skylights, adjoining dining room seats 10. Gas Fireplace
• Master Bedroom #1 faces pool and backyard, king size adjustable bed, power recliner, His/her closets, Master bathroom with jacuzzi tub, large walk-in shower with dual shower heads, His/her sinks
• Entertainment Room has a panoramic view of the pool and backyard, wet bar faces large LCD TV
• Private Backyard with heated pool, expansive surrounding pavers, adjoining deck with 10-seat picnic table and BBQ, griddle .Outside bar,2 gazebos with seating for 10, Chaise lounges, multiple floats ,and games provided

• 2026 Summer Rental: Open dates are currently still available. Inquire for 2 weeks, monthly or entire season rates. Excludes utilities, and cleaning.10 percent deposit to reserve.10 percent security deposit ,and 10 percent utility fee due at time of lease signing .For U.S. Open Golf Tournament June 15-22 at Shinnecock Hills in Southampton minimum three night stay allowable at $3600/night for listed dates. Town rental permit is current throughout the 2026 season, and available upon request
