Guest Access:

Guests have full access to all areas of the home, including the living spaces, bedrooms, sunroom, and backyard. We want you to feel right at home!

Please note that the Billiard Room is separate from the rest of the home and is ONLY accessible from an exterior door.

Please note the garage and storage closet are reserved for host use and are not accessible to guests during your stay.

- We require a $500 USD refundable damage deposit to be paid after a reservation is confirmed along with a digital signature on our separate short term RENTAL AGREEMENT sent via email prior to your stay.
A sample copy of the rental agreement may be requested prior to booking.

**The security deposit will be charged to the payment method on file and will be refunded after check-out (granted that there is no missing items, damages, etc. to our home after your stay).

-We have a host-initiated verification process in obtaining the pre-arrival requirement.

- We have exterior cameras on the driveway side of the house.

- There is keyless entry to the home. A code will be provided to you after you book with us.

* Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the property with respect.
If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

* Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis. If for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled.

* For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
