We employ security and safety measures for our guests and neighbors. Thus, the following devices are installed:
- 1 doorbell camera and 1 active camera located on the exterior of the property and in no way/shape/form point inside the house to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7.
- Smart home device that detects noise decibel levels inside the home. This device also has the capability of detecting smoke from cigarettes, marijuana, and vape pens. The device does not record video or audio.
Guest Access:
We provide our guests with contactless self check in. You will have access to the entire rental unit for your trip.
Please notice that the actual address of the listing will be provided 48 hours before check-in. We always want you to be safe at all times.
The address automatically populated on the listing is less than a block away from the house. All location distances in the descriptions are in regards to the actual address.

By booking, you agree to all of the following rules and agreements.
1. Smoking, drugs, and vape use is NOT allowed inside and outside the property. There is a $1,000 fine if discovered.
2. Parties are NOT allowed on this property, including loud music. Quiet Hours are 10PM - 8AM. If it is determined that guests are having a party/large gathering OR surrounding neighbors report a complaint and/or call police for disturbance, guest(s) will be asked to leave immediately without refund. There is a $1,000 fine if discovered.
3. The Visitor Parking Pass must be returned to the designated parking pass storage. A $200 fee per pass will be charged for any loss or damage.
4. Any cleaning issues must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have. There's no daily housekeeping. For long-term stays (over 30 days), deep cleaning can be requested for $300 per cleaning. This process takes 2-3 hours, similar to checkout.
5. You will be charged twice the current price for any missing or damaged items (including, but not limited to stained towels/sheets), as well as $200 USD for each lost, missing, or damaged remote.
6. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are NOT allowed. Children are considered guests that must be stated in the reservation. We do not allow visitors unless discussed and agreed upon prior to booking. Violation of this rule will result in a $200 penalty per person, per night.
7. Pets are NOT allowed. Violation of this rule will result in a $300 penalty per pet, per night. Double cleaning fee will be applied.
8. We do NOT allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you’re staying at. You may deliver items to the door, or to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you to retrieve delivered mail.
9. The following activities are prohibited without the written consent of the Host and will incur location fees: filming, professional photography, coordinated events or parties, miscellaneous commercial activities, music recording, or endeavors which typically incur a location expense beyond lodging. Please contact the Host for location fees.
10. Guests shall keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Household inventory and appliances shall be used conventionally and respectfully. Guests shall maintain a respectable level of cleanliness and tidiness in the home.
11. Late check-out will incur a fee of $100/hr. Subject to approval and must be notified in advance.
12. There are 2 security cameras: 1 on the doorbell and 1 at the front door. Blocking or disconnecting any of these devices will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund. Also, you will be charged for any missing or damaged items occurring when these devices are blocked/disconnected at twice of its current price.
13. The Host is not responsible for parking tickets or any law violations.
14. Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illness, or deaths that occur while on the premises or its facilities. Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
15. By booking, you agree to comply with the above Rules & Agreements. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses, and may be removed from the property.
