Weekend Get Away

Property was nice and clean. It was a bit noisy as the backyard faced the road and it was fairly close. That aspect was not very private. Overall it was a nice stay. I would stay again, but at a different cabin away from the road!

Thanksgiving get Away

Absolutely loved the cabin, clean, homey, plenty of space just the right size. Outdoor porch and patio were nicely laid out. Highly recommend it for a couple and even with a child. Only thing I would do is place a curtain on the front door. Thank you Cheryl

Girls Weekend

My girlfriend and I found this cozy cabin convenient, clean and perfect for the two of us. It was private and quiet and had all the basic amenities. We did have a small issue with the smoke alarms going off in the afternoon while we were trying to chill and it took a while to resolve which was annoying but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

So fresh and clean!

The cabin smelled like fresh pine when we walked in and the hot tub was just the right thing. I would stay longer or come back again in a heartbeat. Beds are really cozy. The dishes are bright and shiny. The outdoor area so rustic and cute. I couldn't have asked for more. Except maybe for a deer to wander through...😀.

Getaway Cabin

The cabin was in an great location perfect for a getaway. Just what my husband and I need to get away for a weekend. Wimberly was a fun little town. The only negative thing was the cabin had a weird smell like hay or like a musty old smell that I just couldn’t get past & could have used some updated decor.

Wonderful!

Cabin is updated on inside and clean. Everything was really nice. Hot tub was amazing! Very private and owners are very responsive. Very little cell reception but hotspot was available if needed.

We loved our stay at The Woodshed! Super cute cabin, far enough out to feel like you're in the woods but close enough to town to drive in whenever you want. We will definitely be back!

Booking was effortless, finding the property and entry was easy. Everything was such a delight ... we loved Wimberley and the cottage was just what we needed ... out in the country ... it was a quiet, perfectly comfortable, relaxing and dog-friendly getaway. MANY thanks to everyone!

Yes this cabin was nice, I think it’s just for a couple , WiFi was not good for us . Also needed more mirrors and larger bathroom. Air conditioned needs maintence . But vey peaceful place and it was very clean ....

Loved the cabin in the woods!

The cabin was perfect for a girls weekend. Three of us stayed here with a dog and it was a perfect getaway from town while accessible to Wimerberley and San Marcos. The front porch rocking chairs were an ideal spot to drink a morning coffee. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and the living spaces were well cared for. We didn't use the hot tub due to the summer heat but it looked great. Ronnie was very responsive when we had a small issue. I would recommend staying here. We would love to go back and stay at any of the surrounding cabins. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Wonderful calm getaway

Came for a girls weekend, and we were very impressed- the cabin is adorable! Everything is well taken care of and clean. It's a perfect size for 2 or 3 people and the cabin has everything you could need- dishes, wine opener, washer/dryer, movies, etc. The hot tub and front patio were wonderful, and its a short drive into Wimberly for shopping and dinner. Would definitely stay here again.
