You’ll love this spacious 4 BR / 3.5 BA home centrally located within easy proximity to Downtown Truckee and Northstar. With 2852 square feet, there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out, relax and enjoy. The home offers two master suites each with gas fireplace and private bathroom along with two additional bedrooms, spacious living room, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, large rear deck, laundry room and 2-car attached garage.
Living room is spacious with new recliner couches, a 70 inch SmartTV with Roku (not a cable TV), DVD player & DVD collection. Dining Room with seating for 8-10 plus additional 5 bar seating at the kitchen counter. Kitchen is fully equipped and nicely appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, utensils, pots & pans, coffee maker, toaster and waffle maker.
This spacious home can accommodate up to 10 guests as follows:
- Bedroom 1 (Downstairs Master Suite): Queen Bed, En-suite Bathroom w/ Dual Vanity & Walk In Shower, Gas Fireplace, Sofa & Desk / Chair, Access to Rear Deck.
- Bedroom 2 (Upstairs Master Suite): Cal King Bed, Sofa Chairs, Gas Fireplace, Private balcony and En-Suite Bathroom w/ Dual Vanity, Jetted Tub, Shower with Dual Shower Heads, TV with Roku Streaming & Blue Ray DVD player.
- Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): Queen bed
- Bedroom 4 (Upstairs): Full Size Bed & Twin Bunk Bed.

No commercial photography and / or filming allowed.
There is parking for 2 vehicles in the garage and 2 on the driveway. Note that there is no street parking allowed at any Short Term Rental Property (per county ordinance).
No outdoor fires or charcoal bbq’s allowed per county ordinance. On red flag days, no open flame allowed (i.e. no use of propane grill).
Trash must be properly disposed of within metal bear bin alongside driveway. Do not leave any food or beverages in your vehicle as bears will not hesitate to help themselves to your goodies and can cause significant vehicle damage.
Home must be properly secured (doors locked, windows closed / locked) whenever not present in the home.
The driveway is on a seasonal plow service, whereas they come once per day when it snows more than 6 inches. They generally follow the road plows and will first clear the berms at the end of the driveway. You’ll need to move your cars so that the plows can access and clear the driveway (which takes less than 5 minutes once cars are out of the way).
Note that the front entry area from the driveway to the front door is not covered. During winter months, it’s possible that some snow may accumulate. There are shovels located onsite that can be used by guests, but we recommend that you travel with a shovel during winter conditions.
WINTER ADVISORY: By reserving this house during the winter months (November - April), you acknowledge that you will be traveling into the mountains and that winter storms are common and often unpredictable. The dates that you are choosing to reserve are being held for your group and are therefore unavailable for other groups to reserve. In all cases, our cancellation policy will prevail. There will be no consideration afforded for difficult travel due to winter weather condition. We strongly advise that you pay attention to incoming storms and / or changes in weather patterns in order to help avoid travel delays or disruptions. It is also strongly advised that you travel with a 4WD or AWD vehicle, carry snow chains , and have a shovel that can be used if needed to dig out a stuck vehicle.
ALL SEASONS ADVISORY: By reserving this house, you acknowledge that you will be traveling to the mountains and that Lake Tahoe (while beautiful) is in a natural forest setting. As such, it is possible that you may encounter spiders, ants, field mice, etc. at properties throughout the area. We take every proactive measure to prevent pests from finding their way inside the property (i.e. regular cleanings, seasonal deep cleanings, routine pest control - i.e. spray perimeter and crawl space areas, set traps, seal up holes of entry, etc.). Despite those efforts, there’s always a rare possibility that pests can find their way inside the home (as it only takes a very small entry point for that to occur). This is simply a reality of living in the mountains. By accepting our house rules, you acknowledge this Advisory and agree that there will be no refunds or adjustments to pricing should you encounter a pest(s) within the home.
