Beach Era offers a bright and inviting second-floor retreat, accessed by a private entry staircase leading into the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The spacious living room opens to a large balcony near the resort-style pool, perfect for sipping morning coffee or unwinding at sunset. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals, while the comfortable living area includes a sleeper sofa for additional guests.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Must be 25 years old to book and stay at the property during entire reservation period

- No pets

- Just a quick heads-up: once you book we'll be using our nifty guest messaging platform for all our chit-chats, so keep an eye on your text for messages from our 850 phone number.
