We loved staying at Pipers Place! We loved the community and the room was gorgeous ! The only negative we had about our stay was the distance to the beach but having the golf cart helped make up for it :)

Wonderful place to stay. The golf cart was so useful as well as the bikes. The place was very clean and had a well-stocked kitchen for items needed to make a meal. Close to the beach, easy to get to the Big Chill, pool, and very family friendly.

Perfect Quiet Location

This has been by far one of our best beach vacation experiences. We enjoyed everything the home had to offer. Our two Boston terriers enjoyed the balcony and sunlight through the windows. The golf cart was also a real treat. We hope to come back again!

Nice townhouse. Listing should mention the main living and bedrooms are accessed by stairs leading in from front door. The ice maker and dryer did not work and with it being a holiday weekend there was no maintenance available Unit is pet friendly but has the odor of past pet ut ohs… Beautiful place

House was nice

House was nice but in a very cramped and busy neighborhood. Golf cart was a hazard and a chair in the kitchen was broken. I texted the number provided the first day and no one ever got back to me about fixing either problem. There are nicer places to stay than this neighborhood.

Wonderful

The place was in the perfect location. Our family loved being able to use the golf cart or bikes to go anywhere we wanted. Having the Big Chill right across the street was so convenient. We were close to the pool as well. It was also nice being about a 15min golf cart ride to seaside and then a 20min or so bike ride to Rosemary beach. The home was clean and comfortable. It was stocked with everything we needed to get started. All we had to do was run to the local Publix to grab some groceries and we were set. It also came with a pack n play which was perfect to set up for our 2yr old in the primary walk in closet. Couldn’t have asked for a better place or location. Our family can’t wait to go back!

Nice place but…

Clean and nice but the oven door was shattered and held with duct tape and wouldn’t heat properly. We had 2 rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels and one trash bag for 5 days. Not enough dishwasher soap and both side view mirrors on the golf cart were worn out and inoperable. We only used it once. The WI-FI was no good and we called for help with the router but never got it.

No Beach Access

The condo was very nice and had everything we needed including beach chairs, bikes and a golf cart. The Big Chill area across the street was very convenient but was the only close-by food and shopping options. The pool was large and there was always a spot to sit, though not always in the shade. BUT, the beach access was a challenge. We were traveling with a 6 mo old so having to travel to get to the beach was not a great option. There was an access at nearby Deer Lake but you have to pay to park and the board walk is very long. The other access point was about 3 miles down the road and had limited parking. Half of us ended up biking to the beach each day as there were some bike access points the the East, but that limits how much beach supplies you can bring and is not feasible for those with kids. Don't know that I would come back to this area of 30A again.

Not accurate

This place said it was pet family which is true, however, the beach is over there are not pet friendly therefore you have to leave your animal at the house the whole time. The golf carts are a nice at all but when you get on the main roads they are a big problem because they only go 25 miles an hour, and the car is stuck up behind you. There’s also a ton of traffic in this area as it is built up right now. The Internet is really bad unless you’re on Wi-Fi. The beaches are quite a long walk from this location the golf cart helps however you still have to get all the way down the steps to the beach. Overall I won’t be going back to this area for about another 10 years until it’s developed.

Great location and neighborhood, unit not so clean.

There was candy wrappers on the floor, sand everywhere and crumbs all over the bench and chairs at the dinning room table.

Great stay. Wish the beach access would ha e been closer but all and all good! Way to crowded.

Winter get away

This property did not disappoint. We were so pleased we stayed 2 more weeks. We were lucky it was open. We will be back.
