Beautiful views! Easy access to I-25 and 2 exits north of the US AF Academy and Northgate Blvd.

The location of this home is 2nd to none! It backs up to the Palmer Lake park, stairs to the Santa Fe Trail, and amazing mountain views along with the night lights of Colorado Springs to the south. The backyard is truly special and at night light the fire-pit and turn on the party lights and enjoy what Colorado Mountain Living is all about! Walk to several local restaurants and walk home or stroll down to the lake during the summer and rent paddle boards or step onto the disc golf course or pickleball courts. Here for a wedding...we are near 6 wedding venue or pop down to the Air Force Academy which is just 2 exits south on I-25. Feels remote and quiet but groceries, restaurants, wedding venues, tourist areas, hiking, etc., are just minutes away!
